I happened to find the Summerset store from a highway billboard. I stopped to get some information and ended up trading in a Can-Am Commander for a Polaris Ranger XP. Quick and easy.What a great place to do business! I am one happy customer.

Disappointing to say the least. Where to begin?1. When I called the saddle bags on the bike werent great nonetheless they were saddlebags. I asked about getting better saddle bags and was told that I would have to look them up on my own as this bike is priced to sell and the salesman doesnt have time to do it. Fine, but I expected the saddle bags to show up on the bike at the very least.2. It took over a month and a half for the bike to show up, the shipping company they used did not communicate to me at all I had to call them and they told me they would arrive at my home three different times.3. When the bike FINALLY did show up after waiting home all day (I received a text message at 9:30pm from the shipper that he would be at my home at 8am the next morning) the gent didnt show up until after 9am.4. While the bike was coming off the trailer the saddle bags were missing. While I agree that the bags were not the best, I paid for a bike that had them on the bike. When I texted the salesman two weeks ago, he told me that he would get saddle bags out to me of the same value. In my eyes I didnt receive the product I expected, and we are two weeks with no contact, the overall service was great at first, but as soon as they took my money they didnt care what happened after that it seems. I grossly overpaid for a bike that came with no saddlebags.Anyways, if you have taken the time to read this review, I suggest you take your business somewhere else. I sent a text to the salesman on July 13th, and again on July 21st, I dont expect something to come from them anymore, but I will be taking this further. Thanks for reading the review, and I strongly suggest that you look elsewhere.

Great shop, staff is very helpful and friendly. The only part that maybe hard to get used to is theyre not pushy salesman so if youre interested you may have to wave one of them down.

I stopped in to see if they mount and balance bike tires. Unfortunately they dont, but they were very helpful sending me in the right direction.

I came by their place of business on a Tuesday multiple times throughout the day and nobody showed there wasnt a sign saying they were going to be closed. I also kept calling their number and nobody would answer the phone

Not not mention how well they treat there customers and how hard they try to get you the best possible deal on your purchase... After my experience today they have just gained a customer for life... I will never go anywhere else in the black hills area to look for or purchase a bike again... They were excellent in a every way... So I have to give them a 5 star review and say thank you for such a great experience especially after going to nearly every dealer in our area and having left feeling like I they didnt care or wasnt much help... I don’t understand the bad reviews, as my experience with them was first class . Chandler negotiated on my behalf to get my bike at the right price . He was very good and polite . He arranged the shipping for me, sent me videos of the bike running and when it was being loaded . No complaints from me of any kind. I highly recommend them.

The experience I had with Mount Rushmore Motorsports & Bryan Hall was top notch. I flew up to Rapic City from Cincinnati to look at an Indian Chief to replace one that had just been stolen a few days before, so admittedly I was tired, a little twitchy, and anxious about whether the repalcemet bike was going to be as advertised. Everything -- EVERYTHING - Bryan and Scott did was first class. They even offered to pick me up from the airport that night and the hotel the following morning. The bike was exactly as I hoped it would be, and at every step of the way they were helpful and professional.
