We purchased a van.When we received the title and went to get the van registered-they put that we had lien on the title even thought we paid in full in CASH.So we called them while at the clerk of courts and they told them that we DID had a lien.My husband and I are extremely irritated. This has caused so much hassle.The bank sent a letter to the COC faster than the dealership called back (again)

Terrible place. I test drove this car two different days before buying and never heard anything, the car sounded fine. I bought this car on 01/10/18 and parked it at home for a few hours and when I went to go and drive it and I heard this loud crunching noise and it happened every time I hit a bump, even the tiniest bumb. I then assumed it was the struts and had brought it back to the dealership. They said they thought it was because of the cold and told me if it continues to come back. So I came back two days later and they looked very upset that I was back, like I was being a burden. (Mostly only the owner had the attitude) They drove my car around, brought it in their shop and came back to tell me that they didnt hear a thing. Funny because I heard it every single time I drove on every single bump. And it definitely isnt a quiet sound. They told me they checked everything out and it all seemed fine. They told me to come back if it starts making the noise again. I drove to go and eat lunch and when I got back in the car it was making the noise again so I brought it back and had them get in the car WITH me and I pointed out the noise every time it happened. He clearly heard it and heard how bad it was and told me it was a cold strut and it was only being noisy because of the cold and said that it sounded like a normal Ford Focus. Sorry, but no car should be making that noise. Its not normal. They told me to come back on Monday so they could do a full check on it. Today, I went to a different mechanic and they told me the struts need to be replaced and they showed me the difference in a good/bad strut.I also had many different friends and family sit in the car with me and listen to it and they all told me the same thing. I came back on Tuesday, the 16th of January and they both seemed mad that I was back again. I told the owner what was going on and he starts off with okay, well you need to stop coming in every day, bugging us about it. You need to stop going to different mechanics and wasting your money to have it looked at. I dont care about anyone elses opinion, I only care about mine and I cant diagnose anything until I get that car in my shop well, he already had brought it into his shop last week and told me he checked everything and didnt see anything wrong. So? He then told me I just got another Ford Focus in, same year and it has the same noise ummmm? Okay well maybe you should get that one fixed too because its not NORMAL. The struts are obviously bad. He told me they wont be able to get my car in and looked at for about two weeks. He said and if there is anything wrong with it, Im just gonna replace it with used parts. How can you put used struts on a car? They were used and taken off another car for a reason. Throughout this entire visit he was talking over me, not caring what I had to say, rolling his eyes at me, having the biggest attitude Ive ever seen. I dont understand how an owner of a company can act so poorly to customers.And I do understand that I signed an as is paper but it is illegal to sell a car KNOWING there is a problem with it and not tell the customer. The mechanic I went to said the struts were at the end of their life. And this Big Deal Auto place tells you they do a full inspection of the car and make sure everything is top knotch and running well before they sell it. If they did do the full inspection like they say they did then how did they miss that? Its a really obvious problem. He took advantage of a 19 year old girl. Now I have to go and pay $700-800 on top of what I just paid for this car.Please dont ever go to big deal auto. They will rip you off and leave you screwed. Just look at the other reviews on here and see for yourself.- UPDATE -They gave me a call after I posted this review and told me if I took it down they would put brand new struts on my car and so I went in, they fixed it, and I left. The next day it was still making the SAME noise and now I hear something clunking and rattling around in my passenger tire. Dont go here. Please.

ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE INTEGRITY AND TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!! CHECK OUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM:10/01/2015: Drove over to Big Deal Auto to look at Land Rover. Matt walked over to me and I started asking questions about the car. He said they purchased the vehicle at an auction and drove it back to their lot. I asked him if the windows had any leaks as there were marks/stains in the corner above the passenger side. He assured me that there were definitely no leaks and that the marks/stains were from a spray glue in an attempt to fix the loose ceiling liner, which was typical of Land Rovers. The ceiling liner was loose, but not terrible. I asked why the Service Engine Soon light was on when I started the vehicle. He said the only reason the light was on was due to an error in the Master Air Intake Sensor. He assured me that they had hooked the Land Rover up to their diagnostics at their shop to confirm this and that this was not a threatening issue. He said that the owner was out of town and that he would be picking him up next week, Tuesday morning. I paid for a CarFax History Report online. 10/02/2015: Went with my aunt for a 2nd look to have somebody witness my questions and answers I received. Purchased the vehicle. 10/03/2015: It rained on and off all day Saturday. I decided to go pick up a pizza for dinner. I noticed the water leaking in above the driver side door window in the corner. The lining was soaked and dripped to the touch. You could see the markings/stains that I had asked about matched perfectly with the water now soaking. I immediately knew I had been lied to about the windows leaking. The Land Rover seemed to have a smell of coolant as well when I parked it and turned it off.10/05/2015: I called Big Deal Auto. I asked to speak with Matt. The man said that Matt was not it and would be back tomorrow. I let him know about the leak and how concerned I was due to the fact that Matt had guaranteed me no leaks as well as other possible issues with the vehicle and would like to speak with him asap. The man said he would have Matt call me. I thanked him and asked what his name was. He said it was Clint. 10/06/2015: Matt did not return my call. I took the Land Rover to Als D & I to do an inspection included but not limited to the following: Scan Test Shows 7 Codes including P0150-O2 Sensor Bank, P0174-System to Lean Bank, P1174-Lean Mixture, P0441-Evap Incorrect Flow, P1129-No Data, P0300-Random Cylinder Misfire, P0303-Cylinder #3 Misfire. Coolant cover under throttle cover is leaking coolant. Valve cover gaskets are leaking oil. The engine oil is gassy. The engine has a knocking noise...possible lifter noise or cam problem. Air filter is dirty. No signs of a tune up done. 10/08/2015: I called Big Deal Auto and asked to speak to Clint, the owner. Interesting, considering I was advised that the owner would not be back until days after I had already spoken to a gentlemen named Clint. Clint answered. He was quite short and rude. I told him I felt like I had been lied to and was very concerned about driving the vehicle. I understood that I signed the As Is paperwork, however, some things were not lining up and we should work something out with them buying the vehicle back or fixing the major issues. He mentioned that when he talked to me the other day, I had not mentioned all of these issues (this is how I know I was lied to about him being gone or out of town earlier). I told him I would prefer them to just buy the vehicle back. He said he would not buy the vehicle back but that he agreed a couple things needed to be fixed and would call me back by tomorrow. 10/09/2015: Clint did not call me. 10/12/2015: I called Big Deal Auto and requested to speak with Clint. I was told he was not in, but they would give him the message. 10/13/2015: I went in person to Big Deal Auto and asked to speak with Clint as he had not returned my call. Matt told us he was not there, but would be back and let him know. 10/14/2015: Clint never called. 10/22/2015: Called the Attorney Generals Office and spoke with Ray regarding filing a complaint.
