Had great customer service from Sean at your Elgin st store.Sean is very knowledgeable about the mattresses and helped us choose one that will fit my wifes and my different sleep needs.Not only did Sean give us great service but he also did the same for the several customers that were in the store. Great attitude for a busy guy.Cant wait for our new mattress to be delivered.

Sean sold us and not in a bad way. Very informative, friendly and non-pushy. We went across to the Denver Mattress Covid ward and felt like we walked into a morgue... wow. Immediately returned and purchased a Beautyrest.

Stopped in today on February 13th, as weve been mattress shopping, and decided to look at the selection they have at this store. The salesman was helping another couple, and when he was done asked how we were doing, and what we were interested in. Normal salesman talk. I told him what we have been looking at and we decided to stop before we made our final decision, he pointed over to a few of the beds in the corner, told us to go try them, and then completely abandoned us for another couple that had just walked in. Never tried to follow up with us, on what we thought or even asked what we liked. Sales person was Sean Flosi. Wouldnt recommend shopping here to anyone.

Well going out to by a new mattress is not on our - list of fun things to do. However we bit the bullet and ventured out. Sean Flosi, at the Eglin Street Simply Sleep store was amazingly informative, patient with our elementary questions, re-educating us as we moved from mattress to mattress and actually was not a pushy sales representative. After a conversation with Sean we told him we would be back and told him where we were going to look at other mattresses. Again he was very helpful and provided some guidance so we did not duplicate our efforts of going in stores where we would see the same mattresses. After doing our due diligence by shopping around to check all types of mattresses we stopped for lunch. Our lunch time conversation was all about Sean - NOT being a pushy sales person, rather he was a down to earth guy who enjoyed selling the right mattress to you. We called to ask additional questions of Sean and again extremely helpful - this was very much appreciated. Last night we bought our mattress from Sean. No stress, no pushy sales ploy to hurry up because the sale will be over today, and again it was a calm interaction. Thank you Sean and know we truly appreciate your sales style!

Sean was great! We walked into the store and expected to go to multiple stores before settling on a bed but Sean was very personable and knowledgeable. We didnt go to any other stores as we felt confident that we had the best service and best prices out there. Sean was very friendly and greeted ya right away when we walked in. He directed us the bed where is measured how you lay on the mattress. It then gives a recommendation on what type of mattress would be best for you. It gives you a color. The beds are labeled with a color of dot that matches what mattress would be best for you. It made going around and laying on mattresses easy because we only tried the ones that were a fit for us. It made comparing the beds easier since we weren’t trying every bed. Sean was able to give us a great deal and worked with us on the pricing since we didn’t need a box spring just the mattress. We also got free sheets, pillow, and delivery. We didn’t use the free delivery because they were about a week out and we wanted it sooner. Very friendly and helped us get what we needed.

Sean was very helpful both times we visited the store. He helped us with using the technology they offer to select a bed. After finding the right firmness they have a wonderful selection to choose from. After looking at other stores I highly recommend.

Salesperson was with another customer and seemed to be the only one in the store. They refused to say anything to us when we walked in. Nothing had pricing or anything on it so its not like we could browse around and wait. Hung around for about 10 minutes and walked out. Still no response from the salesperson except a goofy look. I guess well go elsewhere...

We have had such good sleep on our new mattress. We sleep for 8 hrs. through now. It has been giving us our restful night sleep. We are very satisfied.

She didnt push us or try to make us buy more! We checked out and my husband picked it up a few hours later. The easiest purchase ever! Abby was awesome and not pushy. It was late Saturday and their warehouse was closed till Monday. We had nothing to sleep on but Abby showed us some beds that we decided to sleep on the floor till Monday in order to get that bed. We could have gone back to Sams club and paid slightly less for a bed that didnt compare to the bed we are getting. We are so happy Abby was on last night to help us.

Just bought a bed. Abby was great! We came in twice she spent a lot of time with us and answered all our questions.

Saleswoman Abby was helpful at first but then when we said we looked at another bed at Denver mattress and wanted to think about it overnight she got frustrated with us. She argued nonstop that Denver mattress wasnt a national brand like serta so somehow that makes them incomparable. She did offer us a great deal comparable to the deal we had at Denver mattress. But when I asked for a printout with the items included in the deal and the total price for everything to take home and compare with our other printouts, she got frustrated again and exclaimed that thats not how we do things here, and that she has nothing to print out because Denver mattress cant be compared to them. And she said that it would be like comparing a Cadillac and a Hyundai. Which doesnt make sense because you can definitely sit down and compare a Cadillac and a Hyundai. But anyway, even with her extreme pushiness we wouldve considered the offer, had she given us some kind of paper for us to compare to the other deal and think on. But since she refused, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
