Chris is the man. Greeted us right away even though he was finishing up with someone. Very knowledgeable in technology and gave us our options and broke down what our new bill would be. Super easy to talk with and ask questions. He got our phones set up and made sure they were functional before we left. Plus, he stayed after hours to help us til almost 830pm. We thought they closed at 8pm, but is was 7pm and we walked in at 630pm. It was refreshing to have actual customer service which Chris provided. Keep on rockin it Chris. Stay positive and love your life.

Immediately when I entered the store I was great with a warm welcome. I then was ask to come in & how could I be helped. I told them what I was in search for i they got me what I was in need of.Check me out and asked if there was anything else the could help with. They also made mention we could upgrade our phones of we wished when we are ready.

This is the store to go to! Although all of the employees at this store are attentive and very helpful, Chris was outstanding!! I worked with Chris a week ago and he helped me find the right phone for me. I came back this weekend to buy the phone. After 1 day, I locked myself out of my phone. Chris was there to help! Chris customer service skills are off the charts! This is not the first great experience I had with this store. Several years ago, the employees at this store went out of their way to help me into a new phone when I wasnt eligible for an upgrade on a phone I bought off Amazon and hated. While the corporate stores are closed due to covid, this store remains open and eager to help. I cant say enough good things about this store.

What a day. Went to the corporate store to get 3 phones upgraded. I get it, COVID. 2 hour wait to be seen. Was surprised that the tech just downloaded the app on my phone to upgrade the 3 phones. Guess I could have just done that myself at home. Anyway, they didn’t have the phones we wanted but the Victra retailer on the South side of town did, so we could go pick them up there. Connor met us at the door to help us immediately. He verified our phones to pick up and that’s when we found out the corporate store had put an incorrect phone order in. Connor tried to help us. But eventually we had to go back to corporate store. 2 hours to cancel our first order and another 30-45 minutes to put in the next one. Of the three phones, the system accepted 1 order, couldn’t process the 2nd order and showed nothing for the third phone order. We were sent back to the Victra store where the phones were physically located. Connor recognized us immediately and came to help. Turns out none of the three new orders had processed from the corporate store. Long story long, Connor put the correct order in, got it processed, transferred data to the new phones and was just an interesting and pleasant guy to talk to. Connor did everything in about an hour and a half. We should have went to him first, but because of the corporate store runaround, the entire ordeal was 8 hrs to get our phones done. I’ll never go to corporate Verizon again when there’s much more competent individuals like Connor that I can do business with. Thanks again Connor, you rock!

We had great customer service. Switched 3 phones so it took a bit. I will say however... Do NOT let them talk you into all these free extras because you are still paying for it. If the other Verizon store was open I would recommend you go there. They werent open when we went due to Covid and we were on a time crunch.Their tempered glass phone screen protectors for the LG V60 ThinQs are garbage and chipped twice the same day I got the phone and cut my face and my ear.Get the bare minimum if you must go here and buy your accessories elsewhere. Especially if you are military/veteran, you get better deals directly through Verizon instead of using their third party services.

Rip off. They won’t tell you up front, they’ll just offer to help set up your phone or watch but then charge $20 per device. My husband’s watch wasn’t even set up when we left and we still got charged a fee. They also charged us 7.5% sales tax when SD sales tax is 4.5! We also didn’t get a receipt, we learned weeks later when we got our bill how big of a rip off this place was. Go to the actual Verizon store on Eglin, not Victra!

Thomas was very open about the charges that I would be experiencing today. He knows his phones and easily tell me the differences and similarities between the 3 phones I was considering. As we were closing the sale he thought of some things ( I.e. would my car charger work with the new phone) which I would3 have thought about. And he save me a hunk of money on rebates and such. He is awesome!!

This has been the worst retail buying experience I have ever encountered!My wife lost her phone while we were on vacation in SD (our bad). We stopped at this store to initially just to inform Verizon of the situation. A store representative by the name of Connor assisted us. We thought this was a Verizon store and not knowing of about some franchise retailer (Victra)!. During this visit we decided to buy a new phone (Google Pixel 3). We were verbally informed that we would have 14 days to return the phone and accessories if we were not fully satisfied. Again my assumption was that this could done at any Verizon store. Since we were traveling and knew returning to this location was not possible. We were also not provided all the sale receipts when we left. Again my bad for trusting this representative and not following up with a clear explanation. Upon returning home, my wife had decided she did not like the new phone and wanted to go back to a Samsung which she was more familiar with. We went to the nearest Verizon store only to be informed we had to go to Victra store. The nearest being 90 miles away from our home. We did this within the stated 14 day window.. With the help of this stores representative we partially processed the return. We also had the privilege to pay an additional $60 just to return this dang thing. At this point, we still have the new phone charge appearing on our Verizon bill. And over $200 of various charges on our credit card,. No phone or associated services. I am trying to work with both Verizon and Victra to get this resolved. But beware of the fact this is NOT a Verizon corporate store and weigh your situation accordingly.

Used to be the BEST customer service, but with the new Store Manager I will not be back. Simply asked how to change a display icon and he told me he could show me how, for a fee!! Said the store wasnt folllowing the rules previously and now they are and I can either pay the fee or call the Tech Coach. The guy was a complete and total jerk. So sad, used to love that store and the great service.

I went here as the True Verizon Store had a waiting time of 20 minutes, thinking I could get the same service. I had dropped my phone in the toilet and needed help. I was eligible for an upgrade at this store it was going to cost me $162 plus the $40 Verizon activation fee. But they gad a new gadget that for$90 would dry out my phone. Except no one working in the store had the login codes to get the machine to work, after waiting 2 1/2 hours the manager of the store finally told the guy working that the machine hadnt been working for a few days. Now the True Verizon store was closed and I was out of a phone for the night. Got online and it only cost me $21 activation fee and mothly payments on my accountsThis place is a rip off!

Absolutely terrible experience at this store. I was lied to by the employee so he could sell me an iPhone that was no longer in the promotion. Very rude and unhelpful when I called to talk with someone about the issue. I’ve spent 2 months trying to get a hold of a manager with no response. Find somewhere else to spend your money.

This has been the worst experience Ive ever had since Ive been with Verizon. First, on 7/2/2019 I inquired about a network extender because my cell service has been terrible. The salesman, Chris, didnt understand or care what I was trying to explain and instead convinced me to buy a jetpack. After doing some research, that is for Wifi not cell signal. I took it back this morning, the store was supposed to be open at 9 and I and another gentleman stood at the door until almost 915AM. Conner told me he wasnt able to do my refund for another 15mins and would call when it was ready. I went back at noon and still wasnt ready so I had to wait. Then, after all this I completely disagree with the $35 restocking fee. I think I should report this to the Better Business Bureau. Very dissatisfied.

The Verizon store on Stumer Road is my go-to place for service, purchases, and great assists with any phone questions or issues. Rob and Tyler are super-helpful, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I got a new Samsung Galaxy S9 recently and got some strange error messages that prompted me to check on my sim card but had problems. I went back to the store the next day and the issue was handled immediately and to my satisfaction right away. They recognized the issue and did the right thing. This is why I keep coming back to this store. In the four years I have been in RC, I tried another store once and was very disappointed in the wait times and lack of service. No one seemed interested in making sure I was taken care of. I would highly recommend the Verizon store on Stumer Road.

If your phone dies and the nearest Verizon store is the Stumer Road Verizon/Victra store---DONT GO THERE. Ive been there and dealt with Ivan/Chris Keller. Twice. Hes rude and argumentative and uses an alias. I said I needed an unlimited plan. He insisted I could get a human calling 611, I showed all recent calls where I couldnt. He even argued about mask signs on the door. He said they had no signs when they are all over the door. Twice Ive dealt with him and left the store irate. Its a 60 mile round trip. In future Ill drive 80 miles to avoid him. All these reviews sound like he wrote them.
