I am new to working from home and needed a computer compatible for work and the gentleman here was fair in pricing, friendly, and quick in putting together a computer for me. The computer works amazing and I like the fact that they offer remote tech support if needed as well. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future.

Great people to work on your computer. Dont try and buy parts though. I try to support all small businesses buy when they mark up there prices by 40% no thank you. Small business or not 40% is a rip off. Priced for idiots to buy. Shame on you $224 everywhere else $390 them.

I blew it.I decided to clean my computer.Only problem was I sprayed the fluid directly on my computer instead of the rag.At first, I thought I had gotten the issue taken care of but when the keyboard stopped working correctly the next day I knew I was in trouble.I called Micro Solutions and they quickly came to our rescue.Given that this is my work computer for Graceful Touch massage therapy I really cannot be without it.They made the entire process as quick and painless as possible.Bottom Line:They are my go to place when it comes to issues involving technology.You too should check them out.The staff is informatively friendly and the owner is first class.

They were open and honest about what tests they ran. they even gave me copy. they cleaned the keyboard and mouse pad area, leaving my pc in my hands with a shiny look and with my bios updated. very good service. good customer connections. They do good work.

I needed a new laptop but had my whole world (okay, most of it) on my old laptop that I had banged up pretty badly and Kevin was able to save all of my files & transfer them all to my new laptop. Life Savers!! Saved my computer when it crashed and created an external hard drive just to be safe, then I got my computer stolen and their proactive work saved me from losing everything. Always the most helpful!

Everyone is so nice and helpful, and the service fee was incredibly reasonable. I dont know of any reason to go anywhere else.

Very helpful staff, the techs are willing to go out of their way to get what you need. The only LOCAL SHOP that had the part I needed same day for less than others quoted. I will be sure to stop in again when in need of parts.
