Update AUG contacted by Moda srone sent a rep to make the items correct and will say they did refund the charges for brakets. I now would do buisness by giving yhem addtional opertunity to correctPoor service from start to finsh! They dropped the ball multiple times dont spend your money here. Also they did not install metal brakets they charged me $200.00 plus for. Then said they would not warranty that peace unless they get installed buy removing scraching up the walls erc again. After i fixed the damage from the first install was not going to let them damage again. I said refund me the charge for the metal brakets they said ok did change order. Month no refund and they donr return calls or text.also not one time fram deadline was meet by them not 1

We believe we were mislead as to where the seams would have to be situated to accommodate a drop in cooktop. We ended up with seams on both sides of the cook top instead of just dropping the cooktop into a cut out. It was evidently much cheaper for them to install it that way but we were not given an option. The seams collect grease residue no matter how much you clean it. An additional seam is also bad as it is very evident to the eye. We would never use them again.

Very, very pleased with our experience with Modastone. The granite countertops they installed in our kitchen absolutely transformed our remodel project!Nick did a masterful job of keeping us informed with the status. When the slab we chose was not suitable for install they provided a more expensive alternative at the same price. Who does that these days? We have had many people over for dinner in our new kitchen and that is the first thing they notice— who did your granite, it is absolutely stunning!! I would recommend them with no reservations and will definitely use them again on our next project. The warranty on the granite sealer is exceptional too.I give a Modastone an A+!

Nick was great to work with. He saved us a bunch of money on our kitchen countertops and they look incredible! When the countertops were installed they covered the floor and left our kitchen cleaner than before. Best part is you cant even find where the two slabs come together. We will be back for sure.

I cant even rate them as bad as they were. It is the worst installation of a product I have ever seen, they didnt even try to not make a mess. We have chunks of drywall all over the place from them grinding and cutting to get the counter to fit. When you call them and tell them they say thats part of the disclosure, there might be damage. Its to bad you pay as much as you do for new counters, are super excited to get them in and then when they are installed you have more work to do to fix what they damaged. I would NEVER recommend them!!!!! Once they have their money they dont care!

I am a bit tardy in my review. We’ve had our countertops for about 4 months now and we love them! Still!Nick Landon was our salesman and I would recommend him and his team to anyone thinking about purchasing a hard surface countertop.Nick made sure we knew what to expect every step of the way, including getting the granite pattern the way we wanted it.His installation team was excellent. They were not only expert at their jobs, but they were fun to be around, too.We get so many compliments on our countertops and everyone asks where we got them.I would recommend that everyone who is getting a new countertop check out Moda Stone. They are 5 stars!

Was very disappointed had a small project for them they said it would be $150 with them using their product then I came up with a product that matched mine perfectly I took that in and asked them how much it would be if they used my product price now was $200 I told the girl I did not understand she said she didnt understand either but she would call the salesman he did lower it to $150 I still didnt understand I went to another place in town and they used my product and only charged me $55 moda stone was only trying to RIP me off
