This was my first time ever using a professional moving company and let me tell you professional is the best way to describe this company! The customer service was outstanding! The company called and answered any questions I had on the move before hand and provided me with some contact information if I had any questions for later. I was also impressed how the customer service representative kept ( Patty)me informed that my truck was going to be delayed a little while and she even called to check in with me during the move to make sure every thing was still satisfactory! My moving team was Zach, Mike, and Eric, these guys are the real deal! They were honest, funny, friendly, knowledgeable and above all they are very hard workers! My moving team was able to wrap, safely pack, and load all of my belongings into the truck in an efficient and effective manor! They say good help is hard to find these days, but to any customer out there that is looking to move I really recommend you check out this company! They are great at what they do and they are the true definition of good help!

Beginning with the estimate right through to load out, the crew instilled confidence. Lots of before, during, and after communication to ensure all went well. During the load out, the crew was careful and professional while adding a personal atmosphere to the entire process. It was like having friends move us. The timeliness, efficiency and courtesy of the crew were exemplary! I cant imagine a better experience.

The three guys that did the moving were fantastic, the communicated with us about what needed to be moved using their truck. If I could I would give them a 10 star rating.

My movers were Zach, Robert and Jack. It was a sweltering 99 degrees but they kept unloading till it was bare. They were friendly and very competent. They were a great team!!

This is a military move so I cant comment on cost value. Once the military chose this particular company they quickly got in touch with us to start to work on a plan. This is an in state move with temporary storage till we can sign for our housing. With covid and what not plus not actually living on or near a military installation they did it a little differently pictures/zoom walk thru to understand what we had to move. That could have worked better for the folks handling our garage (number of people present) but they got it done. They kept in touch for the months preceding the pack up, once they got here they were friendly, professional, very thorough, and didnt leave a mess. I was impressed and if I had a choice to use them again I would!

AAction Movers were really helpful from start to finish. They have a great system of documenting every single item and included me when the items were delivered to inventory that everything arrived. Our move included storage that lasted longer than anticipated and it was easy to reach them to extend our contract and the cost was very reasonable. Moving is never stress-free but I was extremely pleased with my experience thanks to AAction Movers.

The men were extremely nice, took their time so they didnt break anything. They were notified about my 100 year china hutch and asked to treat it like gold and not break it and they did exactly like they were asked.

Action Movers was the local handler for delivering our household goods from overseas. Tim, Adam and Andre were very professional and courteous. Assembled and unpacked what we requested and cleared the packing materials. All was done in a timely manner. All in all it was a good experience!

Don did a great job in organizing a last minute request to close down an office, remove 750 cartons to transport to Mn then came back the next day to remove garbage from 3 basements. Derrick and his crew were outstanding performing the work, miserable conditions, no elevator, everything had to be carried out. The crew had a great attitude and no problem philosophy to make sure everything was perfect, if you have a move in Rapid City, SD, dont even think of calling anyone else, they are great. This testimonial is from someone who has 46 years of experience in the moving & storage industry nationwide.

They didn’t bring any tools to the job site. They had to use mine which I had to make sure it got packed after they finished disassembly of all my things. I saw a piece fall off of my dining table base so I’m pretty sure that is now broken. They refused to pack and store any liquid even though I had it shipped from Japan with absolutely no problem just an extra form to fill out. The crew knew nothing about any forms and just told me that they wouldn’t store it no matter what. Military families ship and store large qualities of wine collections everyday, but I wasn’t so lucky. I told the crew several times that they had to take the feet off of the couches and chairs to get them to fit through the door but they still tried to get it out of the door, with no luck which I found hilarious because they had no interest in listening to me. I am glad the military was footing the bill because I would not want to spend my money with this company.

Don and Patty did a fantastic job staying on top of things. Called every day to see how things were progressing. They were great!!! Brady did a great job supervising the loading and unloading. Moved heavy executive furniture set, to my Son before unloading everything else. with no problems!

Fantastic company. Tim, Mike, and Robert were all very professional and very careful when handling my household goods. Any issues that arose were handled swiftly by the team and they did not leave or hand any paperwork to sign until they were 100% sure I was satisfied.

This company has been such a great help to our local move. They were nice and interactive with our kids while they packed and didn’t mind them running around. Matt gave us advice on were to get a new Tv mount and Jake made sure our belongings were cared for and safe. They packed our entire home (5000 lbs worth of stuff) in 6 hours. Very speedy. Got us out of our old home into our new home in one day. The rest of the crew was VERY nice and even gave us some personal knowledge of their native language.Great company and great people!

I could not have been happier with their service. I think Patty is the name of the lady I talked to on the phone and she was extremely pleasant and very helpful. The 3 person crew that came in placed the boxes exactly where we wanted them to go and they unpacked the larger pieces of furniture and arranged them accordingly. The job took all morning and I dont know how they did it without taking a break.

Moved an entire house of items we packed.

The move went very well. They arrived on time and were very careful with my furniture. The reason I didnt rate the service a 5 was because the truck leaked a lot of oil in my driveway. When I mention it to the head mover he said it always leaks however he did not even try to put cardboard under the vehicle

Considering this is the first time I’ve been moved by a company and not doing this myself, I was impressed. They arrived within the timeframe I was told, they were very professional and polite, and they were done in about 2ish hours. But I also was in an apartment so there wasn’t that much to move. I do recommend helping them out before hand and get your place ready for them. Made it really smooth. I would use them again if I ever move back here.

This was my first time moving and because of aaction movers it was very smooth. My house was nowhere near ready to move but their packers did an amazing job box everything and labeling everything. They made sure to verify what I wanted packed and what I didnt. They did a very efficient job that was fast in terms of packing an entire apartment and very accurate. Then came the movers, they were every bit as smooth as the movers. They were very courteous and sociable and did their job well. Everything got moved very quickly and without any damage. Everything they disassembled on site they reassembled in the place I told them to no matter if it was up stairs or down. Overall my experience with AAction movers was splendid and I would recommend them to anyone.

Had a very large adjustable bed and mattress delivered on an extremely cold day. Movers were very clean and made sure not to track snow/water in house . The frame was accidentally placed backwards and they came back to flip it around within the hour. Very friendly and helpful!

Had this company deliver my house hold goods this past week and the service my family received was excellent. From the time the shipment arrived in town until the actual delivery date, the communication was constant and we were able to schedule the delivery date that best fit our needs. *** THIS POST HAS BEEN UPDATED****INITIAL POST* I initially gave AAction Movers 1 Star, because I was very disappointed in AAction Movers. Our boxes were placed in our house, but when it came time to rebuild the furniture this is where the problems started. We have a bunk bed for our children. We gave the movers the instructions on how to build the bed. Even with the instructions they still managed to build the bunk bed wrong. The ladder to the bunk bed wasn’t even screwed in, so there is a good chance one of my kids could have fallen when climbing the ladder if we didn’t catch it.A guy named “Miller” had a terrible attitude throughout the day. He rebuilt our dinning table, but there were still washers left over that should have been placed somewhere in the table. When talking with Miller he said if clients ever asked him to unpack boxes he would simply hold the box up, cut it from the bottom, and let everything fall onto the floor. This is what your paid to do, and your joking about breaking people’s things.I highly discourage anyone from using this company until they hire more capable employees.***UPDATE***AAction Movers contacted me after my review to address the issue. They assured me this is not how they want their employees to act. They take full pride in their work. The owner addressed my concerns with Miller, and was retrained on how to act when dealing with customers. AAction Movers offered to come back out, and make things right by rebuilding our furniture. I have added 2 more stars for the service I received after the fact and their dedication to making things right!

Kind, professional movers. Of the gentlemen that helped us, two were very hard workers and two were slower. It felt like it took longer than it should have to pack up a one bedroom apartment. Overall, though, it was a positive experience.
