I would have given a five star but i was getting dirty looks from the gentleman behind the counter and was less than friendly to me. I assumed it was because I was the only one that was wearing a face mask in the store. I dont think that Im going to go back to this particular store but if Im treated like this again i will not use Napa again. I have been a loyal customer for over twenty plus years and have never experienced this before

Usually go to Oreillys. Went here when Oreillys didnt have what I was looking for. They didnt have it either. Place was clean and the staff was helpful though.

The guys were very helpful helping us decide what kind of lifts we needed for our vintage trailer bed project. Even printed out a page from the parts book so we could decide at home what we needed.

I dont think the guys at NAPA look forward to seeing me but sometimes I genuinely need and look forward to talking with them. Whether its an issue with my backhoe, truck or car they always seem to know what is wrong and how to fix it.
