We called Alpine Bark Blowing for an estimate and spoke to Ester. She was very nice and helpful. After she told us the price range we could expect, we made an appointment for the following month. The delivery crew showed up on time and did an outstanding job. They did everything exactly as we asked. As they worked, they cleaned up any bark which landed outside of the designated areas. When they were done, our yard was transformed and looked incredible. We now highly recommend Alpine Bark Blowing to everyone we know. Im fastidious about my jobs and they take care when installing not to damage plants . They clean up after themselves which impresses me. We had absolutely no problem with scheduling, pricing or estimates. The lads were prompt on the day of application. They did a superb job of applying the bark. As they did not use all that we had ordered the piled the balance for us and we were able to make good use of it all summer. This company and their employees are people that understand retail and the importance of good customer service. We highly recommend them.

I called Alpine Bark on Monday, and they gave me a quote. Tuesday, they completed my backyard in under 30 minutes! These guys are on top of their game! We have a steep incline around our driveway that we had Alpine come and cover with bark. They showed up on time to give the estimate and showed up on time to apply the bark and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Had a little problem on the estimate. It took more to do the job than what they estimated. Talked to the owner and came to a reasonable solution. I think conflict shows the true character of a business and in the midst of conflict, it was not bad to try to work through it and figure it out. The people they send out are pleasant.

Major disappointment! I called for an estimate and made the arrangements (12-15 yards, dark medium-sized bark) with one of their employees. He stated they were booking jobs 2-3 weeks out and the scheduler would call me. After waiting three weeks for the phone call from the scheduler, I called back. They were confused about their internal breakdown but after three more phone calls, the job got scheduled for today, 8 am-12pm (an additional 3 week delay). I received a call this morning asking if i still wanted the bark and (of course) said, yes! My appointment was then moved to the afternoon. And when the bark finally started to be blown into place, it was the wrong product.I called ABB and I was told they were completely out of dark, medium-sized bark and would not have any for weeks. They also stated they couldnt schedule anything without moving someone elses appointment and they didnt know when that would be.The only thing I got from Alpine Bark Blowing was frustration and the mess left behind by their staff.
