Well, I will put it simply. The store sucks now.The customer service is depressing. The store is always a disaster. Shelves are empty, boxes covering the floor.New management has destroyed what this place used to be.

I really like coming into this store. Prices dont go up!!! I can almost always find what I need (and often more than I need) but heck, for a buck you cant really lose. Staff is friendly and typically call for more help when the line gets long. 5 stars from me!

We cam in with 7 small kids ( babysitting) and came out with stuff for all of them. Snacks, sunglasses and water, all under $20. Love it! Friendly staff too

I stopped in to Rathdrum Dollar Tree this evening to get a soda. I was hoping to find a couple of books and some writing tablets. No such luck. I did, however, find some candy to fill my jar at work. Other than that, the store was quiet and somewhat cluttered.

The little lady at the cash register helped us and was very nice Thank you

They have some great Easter basket items and what not, along with a few pool and summer items. All for a Dollar, or less. Brand name items galore, you cant go wrong here, and its fun!

Went to the one in Rathdrum, ID and it had so much stocked items! Lots of crafts.

Its my great, little, go-to store..

Traveled away from home and wanted to compare items to ours at home. A lot of different items and loved the freezer section.

Customer service was extremely poor in this store. I walked out without a purchase because they were short and not willing to help me find what I needed.

It is very clean and its always well stocked with merchandise. The store manager and her higher up cashiers do a wonderful job.

New in town dollar tree finding out it is one of the more favorable places

Store was unorganized half the stuff wasnt stocked such as drinks and chips they was on pallets in boxes in the front of the store

Asked if I could pay with the cash I had and the rest of the balance on my card and the guy said yeah just enter your card so I did and it took it all off my card. He just said oh oops and didnt even apologize or anything.

My beautiful fiance Christine absolutely loves this store. Their selection and staff are far better than any other. She could easily spend 3 hrs every time she goes there. So I decided it was the perfectly unique place to ask her to be my wife. I was incredibly nervous, and fumbled a bit, but pulled it off and she said yes!!!! Thank you Dollar Tree for this magical and unique memory with my future wife!

I love Rathdrum dollar. They have a slight different selection of goodies. Always find something different, and their bread and buns are fresh.

This place is great to have so I dont need to commute to town 4 easy needs. This place is always clean and the staff is always been really helpful if I ever needed help finding something. I love that they carry bread and other household needs for a dollar. This place is always my balloon destination and cheap birthday supply/holiday fun. Glow sticks for sleep overs and we love they provide cheap schooling needs/wants for teachers and their classrooms.

Walter was very helpful making a large bouquet of balloons. Store was clean, very well stocked and friendly employees.

This is my most favorite store to shop at and now it has come to my hometown. Where was this store when my own grandchildren were growing up? I could have saved thousands of dollars. Good luck and good fortune to a store that helps people not so well off.

Would have 5 stars if they had some kind of sanitizer for hands and carts at entrance.

Big turnover in merchandise so you cant alway depend on what you are shopping fo but pricing cant be beat

Over the last 10 years we have had Dollar store wannabees. This store is the real deal! You can get pretty surprised on their stock for just a buck! Walk in just to grab one or two items and fifty dollars later, you like wow!Clean store, great staff lots of parking and lines are dealt with quickly. :)

I love the Dollar Store for decorating stuff.. I can load up for a few dollars vs lots of dollars at Michaels. The staff here are always friendly and helpful

Well it would be nice if the phone was answered during regular business hours and it says they open at 8 Monday thru Saturday but its almost 9am and no one is here and the lights are all on but the door is locked! Tried calling but no answer and its during regular business hours. Not impressed at all! Having a job means you should be doing your job not screwing off in the back .

They have excellent bathrooms and great service.
