Went in for a short starter for my 1990 F-150, 4.9. Great help. Made them test it. Wouldn’t spin. Went for another one, and they were out. Had one by 2pm, the next day.
My check engine light came on. They checked it for me took the time to explain it to me. They were so nice and helpful.
Ordered an engine and 2 weeks later they tell me they didnt get it ordered. Needs better managment

Not to bad, bout what youd expect
We pulled up at 7:01. One minute after closing. The young man was just closing up and would not help us. Either our charging system or battery was going and he wouldn’t help us out. Said to go to Trinidad. We made it one mile down the road before the car died. Thanks for helping out two stranded travelers on a Sunday evening folks. Real first class. And the worst part.... we’ll have to walk to your place tomorrow morning for parts since there is no where else in town. Talk about adding insult to injury.

Some staff act like you shouldnt bother them. They do not carry some tools needed to get the job done. Theres no competition nearby, yet. Prices are okay, but more people needed and better people skills during training.Update 2019OReillys has built a new store 1 block North on 2nd Street on the Westside near Clayton highway. I havent been back since the competition opened.
I went into Auto Zone this morning approximately 8 20 am. I told the girl about my Chrysler Sebring convertable back window that fell out and would like to fix it. I was trying to explore my options with repairing the problem myself with using a special repair kit or special glue (which you cannot use any typical glue on a window.) The girl that was standing at the counter acted like she didnt know what I was talking about and told me 3 times to go to isle #6. Then I went to isle #6 to the Super glue and gorilla glue. I went back to the counter and waited a few minutes for the girl to come back to the counter. She came back like I was bothering rolling her eyes and I asked if I could speak to the manager. She said she was the manager. She called out to the other girl that was working by that time I was walking out. The girl said I could call the 1 800 number. I went home and looked up the 1 800 number and asked to speak to the district manager. The person took a message and never heard from the district. I wont go into Auto Zone again. I spend alot of money there, but not anymore. Ill take my business elsewhere. They should act more professional and provide better customer service especially management to set an example. I dont know the girls name but she has a personal problem with me because she has gone into my workplace with an attitude with her friends. I dont know the girl personally but didnt think shed act like that in her workplace.

We hobbled into this store on Holy Saturday during a blizzard and found a miracle. My 2007 BMW X3 had over heated on the Raton pass--repeatedly in the red zone--and I feared the engine would seize up. Coolant simply dribbled onto the snow. Amazingly, they had the part, and the store manager (emergently) placed--in the parking lot, in the driving snow. Love this store! What heart, what soul, what expertise!
Autozone was great. They only had two of the four parts I needed so they referred to another competitors shop for the extras.
