We ordered a bike last fall. It was a covid deal but …… Blain was the best he always answered the phone in person and talked with me every month . The bike came in July 2021 and he called . We picked up the bike and no added costs . Very very fair and honest . We purchased some helmets and definitely has our business if we should ever need another bike. Very very satisfied. Words cant explain how thankful I am for stumbling upon this dealership. Owner Blaine Polage has a customer for life. I was in the market for a new Honda XR650L and like most of us looked around for the best deal. I looked in Albuquerque, Roswell NM, California, Colorado, Arizona, and found that every single dealership charges what they call setup charges and also freight charges. I even found a old stock 2016 in California who wanted to charge me more than a new bike after their setup and freight charges. Reviewer LeeAnn Glidden in her review of R&D mentioned a horrible experience she had at a dealership in Colorado and said that Blaine had exceeded her expectations. After Reading her review I called and spoke with owner salesman Blaine Polage. He gave me a price over the phone which was way lower than any other dealerships price in the southwest area. Frankly I think he had the lowest price in the country. I picked up the bike on 9/10 and what a smooth experience that was. I even paid with my credit card to make a little extra on my points and Blaine didnt even charge me a 3% fee. The transaction was so smooth I was in shock. I was not pressured into buying anything else even though i did. We were also given 3 free gifts for the purchase. I was so impressed with this dealership I ran to make this review. I purchased a new pioneer 1000 from home and trailered it cross country to use the first week of bear season in Carson National Forest. First day of the hunt it lost all electrical power. R and D was the nearest dealer. Upon arrival they jumped right on it and discovered the ground wire attached to engine case stripped and loose. They repaired and I had no more troubles. They’re a small two man operational but all the giant powersports stores with huge buildings and inventory numbers could all learn from R and D. Most of the big box dealers I’ve dealt with have lost the art of old school customer service.....not R and D. My Honda problem was their Honda problem. It’s refreshing to know that attitude still exists. Thanks Blayne and Jake!

I drove from Albuquerque after completing a no haggle transaction over the phone with Blane for a new 2017 Honda CRF450RX. I called to find out if they had an 2018 RXs and they still had the 2017 in stock. I got an out the door price. There were no BS fees like freight, delivery, docking, etc, after the fact, just straight out the door price. When I got there we had a little hard time starting the bike, but we forgot to pull the start assist knob on the side of the engine. After that bike fired up immediately. Blane even bought me a coffee from McDonalds because he knew Id be there right when they opened. Upon signing paperwork, they helped me load the bike up and strap it down. I brought my own straps but they still gave me a set of straps, a quart of oil, and an oil filter for the new bike. Much appreciated. Nice guys. Cool old school small town shop. Would shop there again if the price is right and if they have what I want.Thanks R&D

I purchased a Honda side by side from R & D Honda and had a great experience dealing with them. I purchased accessories and when I arrived to pick it up they loaded it up for me. I later sent a couple of bikes to be repaired and that was a different story. I never received a quote for the repairs, granted they had been sitting for several years when I bought them, nevertheless I had no idea what the bill would be until it was sent to me! I was very disappointed with how it was handled. I asked for clarification and was told I should have know it would cost a lot since they knew the man I bought them from. They never looked at those bikes so how would they know?

I own 5 Hondas, 4 bikes 1 quad. Three of these where bought from R & D. This is the kind of dealership that I look for when purchasing a motorcycle. Small, family owned ( for over 40 years ) honest. The price they give you is the price you pay, other than tax you could write a check walk in knowing that the amount is what you wrote it for. With grandkids now, I have a standing order on 2 more bikes and know they are already there. R & D has always treated me great and have my business for life. If your looking for a HONDA look no further because no one can beat their prices, I know that for a fact I have looked everywhere. Definitely worth the drive. Ride Red keep it rubber side down.

Had an absolutely horrible experience at HyMark motor sports in pueblo, my review is on google for them for anyone curious out how bad of a company they are. We needed to find a bike for my son in 2 days before his birthday. We never though about going to raton until someone mentioned R & D Honda. We drove up Friday morning found the same exact bike $600 cheaper, added all the extras and equipment and ended up saving $1000 literally! So easy and painless to deal with, great customer service, had everything in stock and what needed ordered would get to us in 3 days. We were able to get my son his present by his birthday and they also made a lifelong customer! They absolutely went above and beyond for us, didn’t know us from Adam, they made sure we walked away more then happy and that right there will keep us a customer forever, and everyone we know we will always recommend them! Thank you all so much for changing our horrible experience into an amazing lifelong company we will support!

To change oil in 2 four wheelers they charged $ 456.94 thats for a OIL CHANGE I guess they dont want anymore of my business. I bought both ATV from them but will never buy anything again and will tell everybody I know about them.
