They literally go above an beyond to help their customers. Last year I got bunk beds & this year Im getting a couch an switches for my children. They really are super helpful with payments an knowledge of their products. I appreciate everyone of the staff at this location!!!!
Never thought that I would be on here writing a bad review for this store. I’ve always had a good relationship with the guys in this store. Always been friendly and helpful. I have always finished out my lease agreements with them. I’ve never ran off with their merchandise, I’ve never had a issue with making payments or anything of that nature. Today I went in to try to start a new lease because I needed a new phone, I was denied service because I referred someone to them defaulted on their account. I’m not sure what another adult not paying their bills has to do with me, because I’ve always handled MMYYYYY business accordingly when dealing with them. Jay had the audacity to recommend I take my business all the way to Stow, claiming that the store manager Dan wouldn’t want to do business with me because of my referral. I am not pleased at all and I have been in touch with corporate and was told that is not a policy of rent a centers. I am waiting to hear from this store’s district manager as I’m typing this review. Just seems a tad like discrimination. But I guess we shall see what happens. Very disappointed with this situation 🤬
Im not one to say anything but here.was my experience Ive been a customer for a long time Ive gotten a couch from the ravenna store granted it was during shutdown it broke in 2 places I called and told them I needed it fixed they said they couldnt send any one to house to fix it or get it because they werent allowed in house ok I went with it couple months later still had broken couch but had to still pay on it well all of a sudden because i missed a payment they were here to pick it up bright and early one morning with my granddaughter sleeping on it the worker insisted he wasnt leaving til he had couch but no new couch was brought to replace it so I let that go well they told me they couldnt find same couch to replace it so later a couple months we decided just to get another one filled out order online another store called us first said they found 2 of them couches brand new if we liked it we said sure he called the ravenna store they said we could get our old one bk but the kicker is it hasnt even been fixed yet but wanted to give it bk to us really oh and one other thing thier employee went to a public place and told people we know that we didnt pay our Bills so thats why they took couch away didnt mention that product was broken and till this day still in store not fixed like I said I dont complain about things I let things go but I just didnt feel right after all that went on about this product and reading some other reviews i felt that you should know Ive never had any issues with anything else i ever gotten and Ive been customer for years. New Employee Not Very Knowledgeable, A Bit Rude, Not The Kind Of Service Use To From This Location. The Knowledge Part Can Change But Rudeness Is A Big Issue.
Dryer stopped working i needed a new new and they were there to help me out paper work not bad
