Good guy quick service reasonable price

Took my truck in because of a grinding noise. They said it was my brakes but that wasnt what was wrong it was my exhaust rusted out n was rubbing against my drive shaft they charged my 700 for brakes motors then Jerry rigged my muffler back up so I wouldnt notice then when I was driving home my muffler dropped again smh I will never be calling them again but long story short I cut the muffler off myself f7ckn crooks

If I could give them zero, I would. I called about two weeks ago because my car was having alternator issues and my mother and I were stranded. They told me it would take two hours, but when I called them back later, they told me that they had tried to call me and tell me that no one could help us. I never received a phone call, so my mother, who is handicapped, and I were left stranded in another town until I could find someone to come help us. We did not get home until almost 5 am the next morning. Never again.

Thank goodness there are other services in area!. For too many years Rivers has taking advantage of its customers. They locked the keys of my 85 year old mothers car when I took it to another body shop. Very rude people in the front office. The police must stop using them, they hold your vehicle hostage until they get all your repair business.

Doing cars right fix what needs to be fixed and put you back on the road

I called Rivers and asked for a tow because my car broke down 5 minutes away from their shop, so they were the closest company. Ken said they would be there in a few minutes. After waiting for 40 minutes, I called to inquire about the delay. Ken told me the tow truck would be there in just a minute. The truck never showed up after an hour of waiting for them. So I called and cancelled the Rivers tow, and I called a different company located in Blackhorse, and the new company showed up in 10 minutes. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. Rivers is completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time.

Called... told it would take 2 hours to tow me from Streetsboro to Ravenna. Then a Streetsboro Police Officer stopped and could not believe it would take that long for a tow. I finally after 1 1/2 hours, called again to make sure that they were coming. Then was told by the operator that they had no one to come tow the the car. They said that they called us to tell us this information, but we never recieved the call. So Rivers Towing, left two stranded women in Streetsboro alone in the earlier morning hours. So we called Enterstate Towing and they got us home safely!

A good place to hey buddy work done in car repair and Towing

Broke down at the BP station down the street from Rivers… They promptly sent a tow and got me back to the shop. Their mechanic stayed after they closed to get me back on the road so I could get home. It was easily $200 cheaper than what I would have payed in Columbus. Im lucky to have broke down around this wonderful business.

I was broke down on route 5 bypass, called rivers for a tow.driver arrived promptly and towed to their garage, very reasonable $45 tow charge.their technician diagnosed the problem, bad air flow sensor (MAF), obtained and installed the part while i waited. again, a very at reasonable charge.i was very impressed with the technicians troubleshooting skill.also impressed with everyones friendly and helpful nature.

They did the work i asked them to. They couldnt diagnose a water pump failure as a reason for a car to overheat...fairly basic in my opinion.They were otherwise reasonable to work with but were slow at times

The people that work there are not smart. They locked my only key in the car. They arent friendly either. I wont ever have them tow my car. There expensive to.

Car was stolen and rivers had it.went out of their way to allow us to recover the car on their off day and helped with getting it started too. Thanks!

The main guy there, on the towing end of things, is rude as all hell. Obviously customer service isnt part of their company.

Horrible, I went into a ditch after hitting an ice patch, when the tow truck arrived so did a state trooper which gave a a failure to control, long story short, the garage called the troopers office....I will never use them again
