Good selection of products but like other box stores I dont like when I find a product online on their website only to find out its not in stock at my local store.

Had to get a part for my car, did online and picked up at store. I dont usually use Advance bc its usually younger kids there and Ive received wrong info & parts quite often in the past.

Staff nice but not really trained on whats in the store. It was well stocked and clean.

Most people at these stores are button pushers and number readers but everyone at this locaten seems to have pretty good knowledge of cars so I never have any issues at this particular store

Ordered my windshield wipers online went to pick them up. When I got there they came out put them on for me quick and simple in and out. Thank you!

A Quart of high efficiency oil was nearly 7 to 10 bucks.. Either they are overpriced or im cheap. Either way im sure its quality stuff. I Loved the decor section. Cant wait to decorate my 🚙 :)

Everyone is helpful, the store design and layout is easy to navigate and prices are decent. For someone who is a DIY person, this is a great place to go. Associates talk to you and make sure you find everything you need without forcing unnecessary sales on you. Its greatly appreciated and does not go unnoticed.

Literally walked in and had a bar code and receipt but wouldn’t take the return plus totally lied to a customer about having a product that he found in 30 seconds. i don’t even know what type of sense that makes but don’t come here, sad i can’t put less than 1 star

Helpful staff. The guy that didnt know about the part i needed, he admitted he didnt know and asked for help. Thats quality customer service.

Had to do rear brakes on my wifes Chrysler, and ran into some issues figuring out which ones we actually needed. After three sets of pads and rotors we finally figured it out! Throughout the whole process Geoff and his crew were very helpful and polite. They went above and beyond helping me and researching my problems I was having, beyond anything any other auto parts store ever has. Any auto business I have from now on will be done there due to their second to none service. Now to talk her into buying a Ford.....

Walked in and dude yelled need any help? and I said no. Wandered around looking for the Lucas Oil transmission additive I wanted to get but just couldnt find it, so told the guy behind the counter I lied, I need help. Pointed towards it right away, and when ringing it out gave me the advice that he uses it himself, its thick, and easier to use if you throw it up on the dash with your defroster running on it for 15 mins. Great advice, because it was thick as muck and the defroster trick evened it out. I dont need auto parts frequently, but this place has consistently been amazing. Around the time they first opened, I lost an oil cap, and the lady behind the counter came out with me and tore open 3 packs, until we found one that fit. Thats why I always go there, instead of AZ, or the new OReilly place. Top notch service.

Went to get a part asked if they do military discount, gentleman said yes but never gave it to me paid full price. Why say u do when u don’t apply it.

Inexperienced staff, talked to young man which he had no clue about changing a fuse, really, or just to lazy . Either way stay clear of this establishment.
