Gonna be truthfully blunt, this location is hit or miss. Sometimes its the best and quickest experience and others like today (8/19/21 11am) you go in and stand in an empty store for 25minutes even attempting to call the store to bring out an employee just to leave empty handed never having seen a person.

Employees are always friendly and helpful. I recommend getting power up card or whatever the store card is called. Weve saved TONS through the years, get the new game informer magazine every time one is released, get $5, $10 or more towards our purchase depending on points earned, and at Christmas around black Friday weve gotten legendary discounts on top of black Friday sales. Sometimes it gets expensive but more often than not we save a good amount.😁

Helpful and friendly staff. They go out of their way to try and help you find what you are looking for.

Its Gamestop, if the one that you go to doesnt have what you want they can tell you who does. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Always a good time.

Really quiet this morning. Went in for a new game amd learned about quite a dew games coming out. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

Love the staff at this GameStop, they make the best recommendations on which games to play which always keeps me exploring and building my library of titles. They also get me the best deals on trade its too. The staff knows their stuff and they are definitely passionate about gaming.

We had a very good experience

Took my son to game stop in Ravenna today. He wanted 2019 or 2020 madden amd had some games to trade in and some cash, was excited to find Madden 2020 for 39.99 on the shelf clearly marked. He had a little over 40 bucks. Take it up there and the GS employee tells him that was last weeks sale price and game is now 60. I said its clearly marked 39.99, u have to sell it for that or its false advertising which is illegal. Should have changed the price tag. She said its 60 that is just a display box and was a real C U Next Tues about it. Dont know how they can get away with that. Needless to say we will never step foot in a Game Stop store again. Its The Exchange for us from here on out

Staff is always knowledgeable on the current and upcoming games. They dont pester you with upselling and memberships at this location. Because of this I shop at this Gamestop almost exclusively, even though there are other ones closer.

The assistant manager Brittany was very helpful and knowledgable. She was also by herself and was handling the busy evening well.

After waiting weeks for an item on preorder, I call the store only to find out they sold my preorder and are keeping my money I put down. Not only that, the store is closed and I cant get a refund or a replacement item. This is why no one likes GameStop right now.

Absolutely my favorite store they always know what you need and they take the time to know the games and gamers.

Its fast, easy, and they are helpful. I do prefer seeing my gaming stuff so I want to go to gamestop but online things might not cost the same.

Order items for store pickup, 2 hours later order canceled, took my money though.No small wonder the list of complaints on FB are extensive.Lost another customer, thats ok Amazon had better deals.

Called to see if they had a hat. Said that they did for a certain price. Guessing they didnt update their system because online it showed the hat for 3 bucks less than said. Put an online hold on the same hat, and they canceled my order saying they didnt have the hat. I just confirmed with Cecil that they did in fact have the hat. Worst store customer service ever!

Great store in all aspects. They have very helpful people in store and even over the phone. They have great prices and convenient locations. The only thing they lack is that they dont carry older consoles and games. So things like PS2, Wii, DS, Xbox original and older consoles you will not be able to find in store. They have an app and website to order these items though, but they are usually out of stock on these kinds of items even on gamestops website.

49.99 for a used PS4 controller@ Gamestop46.99 for a New Controller @ WalmartGameStop is a disease and needs to not only go out of business. But i feel bad for the parents that do not know any better. Watch out for the FAKE Reviews written by store Employees. This place sucks.
