The people working here are fantastic helpful and interested in your life dreams. New and used homes at decent prices. Some mobile home parks are kept up better than others. General upkeep leaves something to be desired. Trees need trimmed roads need service lots in general need upkeep. Raise in yearly lot rent rates are high. Saying that living in a mobile home is much cheaper than a house. Home repairs are easier and cheaper.

This notification popped up on my phone stating that I had called AAA homes/Horizon Land management the other day... yes... I definitely did that!!!because we pay our lot rent up at their building in black horse.. there is a drop box outside the door but renters beware because theres no camera focused on that Dropbox and our money order came up missing and then we got a letter in the mail saying we had three days to pay or we were going to be evicted. My husband went up to the office and the manager Terry who is supossed to take care of our Mobile Home Park took him out front to check the box to make sure that it wasnt just flipped upwards in there and accidently unnoticed and when she did this she walked right up there and stuck her whole hand right through the little slot meaning that anybody could go up there and also stick their hand through the slot... there is zero security around here. Last week people had their doors attempted to be kicked in..not just one mobile home but multiple so there are a bunch of crackheads running around here in my opinion attempting to loot.Big issue is our lot rent continues to be raised periodically and Im sitting here wondering what we are paying for exactly.... to live in fear???Since AAA let Horizon Land Management takeover and Terry started running our Park it is surely going downhill. There are multiple vacant trailers around for these people to hide in..these mobile homes were supposed to be demolished before winter and taken out of here but I hear that their funding for those projects has been cut.Dont put ur money in that box... Take it up and directly hand it to a person and ask for a reciept or pay online so u have record and dont have to wait 6 weeks for ur canceled money order to be reimbursed.Personally... I have a registered fire arm and home security system for our protection.... And i highly doubt they want to start paying the 75 dollar monthly tab for that system.
