My wife and I showed up at 4:PM on 09/17/20, kids in tow, in hopes of finding a reasonably priced, decent, dining room set. These folks took care of us, start to finish. We found what we wanted, good quality, decent price, and the owners and staff even loaded the set, shrink wrapped and foam padded it, and tied it down for the drive home, and we were on our way by 5PM.This was a very pleasant experience and we highly recommend Rasmusson.

Zero communication between employees so my delivery was put off and then the movers thought that focusing on my girlfriend while shes feeding our infant is more important than doing their job. And the lady that delayed our delivery was rude and condescending

Surprisingly good prices, and wonderful staff! Mary was incredibly helpful and got everything settled quickly. I did not feel any pressure to make a purchase or be up-sold Delivered my bed the same day with no extra fee! Cannot give enough praise.

We have bought our new furniture through Rasmusson for years. They help us find the right pieces for our price point and are always willing to help imagine things with our existing pieces. Jim has also come out and serviced the appliances we bought used and that service has really extended their life. Why go out of town when you can get free local delivery and support here in town!

We have bought several items here, the prices are comparable to big furniture warehouses, everyone here is helpful and friendly and they can usually deliver and haul away old furniture the same day!!

My husband and I love going into this store.. they always have amazing furniture! We have purchased two recliners, a sofa, a washing machine, and a mattress from them. Both Mary and Jim are extremely professional and kind. Side note, our first purchase was during the downtown Christmas event and we won the drawing for $250! There was no question of where we would spend that money.. we went right back to Rasmusson and bought the second recliner. So happy to have such a great store in our little town!

Customer service is just plain fabulous. They always take splendid care of me. I am not a gal who can be without any of her large appliances even for a day. I have purchased a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, dryer, carpet cleaner, couch and recliner and their prices are right on the mark! Before we moved back to Rawlins, we purchased appliances at the large stores in the city and is with great joy that they provided serving to those items too.

They have a great selection, and fantastic customer service and followup.

Weve purchased a few appliances from them over the years and have always been pleased with the results. After factoring in delivery and installation costs, weve found Rasmusson to be competitive in price with stores in Casper or Laramie (we live in Hanna).

Bought a bed here a couple of years ago and always meant to write a review. In a town where price gouging is a common practice and hailed under the guise of shipping costs (not nearly as much as the markup) this store shines through. They may have slightly higher prices but are reasonable and willing to work with a customer. The service was excellent and we are definitely going back. I would recommend anyone go here for their furniture and appliance needs. The one drawback is size, due to the towns size they are smaller and have a smaller selection, however, they are willing to bring in whatever you want if you have the patience to wait for shipping. They deliver on time, are courteous and are careful about setup.

I called Rasmusson looking to buy a mattress for an employee of ours, staying in Rawlins for a project. We were definitely under a time crunch and needed a mattress fast! I spoke with a women named Mary and she was Extremely helpful! I even called ahead to explain our situation and make sure they had the mattress available. Mary was so nice and helpful from the beginning and, had everything that we needed available for delivery, that day. I ordered the mattress but unfortunately ended up having to cancel the transaction since, I was unaware that we had already gotten a mattress for the employee. I felt terrible and was distraught that I had to cancel the sale. However, once again, Mary was Extremely understanding and compassionate about the situation. I was really looking forward to supporting a small local business but, it just didnt end up working out that way. But although we did not end up actually purchasing anything from Rasmusson, I still wanted to write a review and let everyone know how nice and professional they are. So, if your looking to buy a mattress or any type of furniture in or near Rawlins, I ABSOLUTELY recommend that you go to Rasmusson!

The people are very friendly and nice when it comes to buying from this place. But when it comes to having an issue with your purchase, youll just get a bunch of nonsense and bad excuses of why you cant return it. Honestly, I think they only care about getting a sale. Dont bother going here. I will take my business elsewhere for now on.
