The price gouging on the alcohol is out absurd. I dont even drint but know that the prices between a 24 pack of miller lite here is over $25.00. It was only $9.98 for an 18 pk at Sams club in Casper.

Christan was very helpful and informative. He ask where I from, my reply was Texas but headed back to Washington. Christian then helped me save on my foods by letting me know that I could use my Fred Meyer card here in the store and at the gas pump. Christian was then the attendant at the gas pump. We all should be like him, he showed holistic genuine care to me being a stranger just passing through. Thank you young man.

All the employees was very friendly and helpful 😊 awesome, outstanding customer service. I use to be a worker for Kroger in North Carolina, but retired now. My husband and I have our own trucking company, and we enjoyed going through all 50 States.

Had a good experience until today! I used the self checkout for the first time at that store. The Christmas earrings didn’t ring up for sale. I stood there and waited for someone to help me! After a while, a lady came over that was not friendly at all. I told her that the earrings were not showing the sale price. She seemed irritated and called another lady up that had a scanner. I said that the Christmas earrings are 70% off. She said, “ Oh NO!!! They are not!” She said, “Do you want to show me?” I said yes I will show you they are down by the pharmacy. We walked down there she didn’t say a word. I brought her to the stand and 70% off showed as plain as day. She didn’t say sorry. She acted like it was wrong and then said I will have to scan it in. Didn’t say have a nice day or anything!!!! Went back up and the other lady was there and it wasn’t working for a minute. I told her that the lady scanned them in. Then she rescanned them and then walked away without saying anything. It really ruined my day! I had just got done shopping at Walmart and EVERYONE was so nice!!I am new to Rawlins and will not ever shop there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clean well organized small town market with extremely knowledgeable staff. I was passing through on a work trip and was informed that I can use my out of town shoppers card in their store for discounts so I was very happy with their customer service and pricing.

Love their deals and the freshness of their produce. Their employees are so helpful. Love the free piece of fruit from their kids basket for my kids. Makes shopping easier when my kids are happy and eating a healthy snack!

Small town grocery thats a decent size, clean, lots of choices. We dont shop at the w store, so were glad this was here. Every item we chose was fresh and before pull date, something weve learned to check in little towns. Will return.

Produce is fresh, the meat dept is fresh, so positive with slicing meat, it carrys organic meat, farm fed, also employees are helpful and friendly, the deals are money saving, the value card is great for saving money and getting fuel points which is a big plus for me sells all lotto tickets has a liquor store with a variety of everything, has a gas station, I like I can do everything in one place. even we can pay light bills get money orders sells tobacco products. Has a pharmacy has a deli hot and cold & a bakery with many selections .

Customer service was excellent, spent alot of money and they helped take my groceries to my car. I have not had this kind of service in years and I loved it. Patrick was awesome.

They have the highest quality, and best selection of produce in town. They also have a better selection of pop than Walmart does.

Customer service is great. They didnt have the product that comes free with a movie, but they substituted another product in its place. The cashier even went back and got the other product.

Long drive from Encampment but good deals,ham at valley 1.99a pd,city market 1.27 a pound! Better prices & more choices.

Their employees are very friendly, and living in a small town you dont have many options. City Market does its best to provide customers with an array of options. If they dont carry something youre looking for, they will order it for you. And the prices are very reasonable.

Love the city market, sells Kroger products.I lived in Omaha and went to Bakers (sister to city market) and they sell the same products with the sales Im used to.It has made my transition to Rawlins slot better.Dont care for Wal-Mart, and its a huge deal to have a place to shop you are already used too

They have a pretty darn good selection of organic and natural products. Theyve also been very helpful and got some items in that I requested.

They have always had the best produce in town, and I have shopped there 20 years. Theyve finally gotten around to sprucing up their outdoors, painted new parking lines, and might even get some flowers in their rock garden. Their staff goes out of its way to be friendly and helpful and Im somewhat sad to see so many familiar faces retire, but they were long, loyal workers. Only once did some manager screw me up pretty badly because of some false reports from my now ex-wife, and some reports from them may have contributed to me being falsely incarcerated for six months. But such is our new modern Police State, with cameras everywhere and common decency and trust nowhere. Their prices have jumped not only for meat but especially for seafood, but that may be a sign of the times. It is THE place to get filtered water, for you will creak and groan if your drink Rawlins tap water. You must get a shoppers card, or the prices would be out of this world. But with that discount, you do get price reductions. Getting the gas discount only counts for that month, no matter what the people tell you. But it is always clean, maticulate, they offer some discounted foods for us poor folks, and, again, the best non-bagged produce in the County.

Always have great sales. Always have great employees. I love this place! I never walk out irritated or embarrassed.

Gave extra star just for the employees. The cashiers especially make my day. However lost a whole star for repairs needed and produce freshness. Hey Kroger its time for a remodel in the Rawlins store.

The staff at City Market are usually very friendly and helpful. They are continually trying to bring in new products, ones that I look for are gluten and dairy free products. They have a pretty good selection, including a decent freezer section, breads, wraps, pizza and df ice creams. The produce section is decent, but could use some more organic options. It would be cool if they carried dairy-free cheeses and yogurt!Even for regular household products like tp, soap, shampoo, with the value card they stay competitive with Walmart and you almost never have to wait long for checkout. Their cheerful customer service is what gives City Market the edge.

Gave it a good rating due to the excellent fuel pricing. It was almost 20 cents lower than all the big fuel stops, ie T/A, Flying J. Little tough to get my Simi in but saved me over $ 30.00 dollars in a fill up.

Since theres only 2 grocery stores in the entire town, City Market and Walmart, its not like they really have to be all that spectacular and they can overcharge as much as they want since theres not much of a competition. Certain things are cheaper at city market while others are cheaper at Walmart. Walmart has much more to choose from while city market has that hometown vibe.However the pharmacy staff at city market is always rude a.f.
