We got stuck in our RV in Rawlins WY in a snow storm and didn’t have a Heated Water Hose. Searched everywhere, called a few places none in stock (although not sure people even looked) but someone mentioned R.P. LUMBER. We called, they had one in stock, they held it for us. What great friendly people! Too bad our pipes were too frozen already to use it. Hopefully they will unfreeze later today! Thanks R.P. LUMBER anyway!

So after my bad experience with paint the corporate office got involved and fixed my issue. Its nice having a place that puts there customers first and will resolve any issues you have. Thank you rp lumber!

It would be nice if there were someone there knew anything about the products in the store.It almost looks like the owners are just selling off the stock, who knows what will happen.

Ive never had a horrible experience dealing with this place. Its the only place in this small town, or within 100 miles to get lumber, or some other construction essentials, so they are overpriced. But they deliver! Always a plus! So, a better inventory and reasonable pricing is what could be better.

Meh would go elsewhere true value is a better option for me. Just dont like the way this place is run. Way over priced and never can I find what I need.

Ed is lazy and very unprofessional. Paul wasnt very friendly but he did his job. Hopefully the rest of the employees arent like that.

Great service, friendly, only downfall is the high prices- nearly exactly double of Lowe’s or Home Depot but that’s the thing is they aren’t here so there is no competition.

Being the only lumber yard within a hundred miles radius means no competition so price are as high possible but the employees are as nice as can be.
