Local hearware and feed store. If youre looking for any type of feed or seed, they likely have it. You can also find camping and grilling supplies, yard tools, and a plethora of items not found at your typical home improvement store.

They had everything on my long list, and the staff was knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful. The cashier even offered to help me carry my purchases to my car!

I love Paris Farmers. I usually shop at the Bridgton store. I came into the Raymond store for dewormer for my cat. I couldnt find it, so I had to go to the clerk to help me. They finally found it but the tube was so big, but i bought it anyway. I used it also for the stray cat we feed outside, so it came in handy. They could stock better though. The item i wanted was out of stock so the lady gave me a little break on the price. That was a plus. Overall my experience was good and their helpfulness was a plus.

Has all kinds of different things

Tractor supply and Walmart were out of black oil sunflower seeds. This store had them in stock and reasonably priced. The salesclerk also helped me carry the 40lb bags out to the car.

Found what we were looking for...bone meal & peatmoss. Both items were not available at the big box stores down the street. Paris Farmers had a great variety of things for the garden and house. I took away 1 star because the manager on today was lacking people skills. She was short, impatient and on the brink of rude. The younger males she was in charge of, were very patient, polite, informative and helpful.

Call ahead and your order can be on the loading dock when you arrive.

Weird hours for the working, closing at 5 or just before. Dont show up just before close, they will lock the door while staring in your eyes.

My usual supply store was out of hay bales so I called Paris Farmers Union (which is 40 minutes away) to ask if they had any in stock. The guy on the phone told me they did so when I got there I asked the person at the desk for a hay bale and he pointed me over to the end of one of the aisles. The only thing back there was small bags of hay. I was very upset and I made it a point to mention that those are bags of hay and not bales of hay to which the guy replied “well that’s what I thought you meant” kind of rudely. I still thanked him for his help and left the store. I find it difficult to believe that he didn’t know what a hay bale was.

They need to re-train staff and when the store runs out of dollar bills, simply dont exclude 1s in change, shorting the customer $2.00, use 8 quarters in stead. I think it was a honest mistake unfortunately. Ill be back.....

Dropped screens off, month later still not done and was told another month or two. Took them elsewhere and had them done in two days. They advertised on their sign for a service they couldnt do.

Love this place.. I have a bearded dragon and they order the tomato worms that I feed him, and have really great crickets.. When we 1st got the worms I was being charged $4.59 plus tax now they charge me $14.99 which is an extra 10 bucks n now at least half r dead.. I dont like the price change n think Ill just order them online myself for now on.. It was great when I was 1st ordering but now with the price going up n worms r dead Id b better to order them myself online because then its only 7 each container. But started ordering them there because they cant get cold so winter time makes it hard to order them but Im already losing half of them now and its only August. But the workers in there are great and always there to help..

You NEED to check out the windham location, very cool store, more than just farm supplies.

Manager is rude, disrespectful, most employees uneducated, a lot of stock out of stock for weeks and months, price gouging, customer service sucks, order something they dont let you know it comes in, when asked oh that came in but I sold it, rats in the grain areas, yard looks like a junk shop,

Best place to get pet food and anything you may need to do any project around the house

Paris farmers union as a whole has a great selection and reasonable prices. The Raymond store however needs to work on customer service. The staff is un focused, and the kid with a bead choker is incredibly rude. Managers seem to feel they are above customer service and even intrupted staff members that were helping me to do meaning less tasks instead of providing the assistance I asked for. Its not the whole staff but there is enough bad eggs here to warrant some real changes in oversight.Update: went in for pellets, no one could give me a straight answer on price and managers were nowhere to be seen. I was the only customer there and still could not get service. Went to Bridgton and they had a flyer with all the pricing and details on each brand. Its really sad how unpleasant trips in here are. The cashiers counter is a desaster all the time. Obviously based on the lack of response to any review they do not care.
