We have 2 older Monitor heaters that past heater contractors have either refused to work on or tried to sell us new heaters.Don drove to our house several towns away and, without pressure selling, just worked on the heaters and fixed them so they ran like new! It was THOU$AND$ of dollars cheaper. He was fast and personable. I liked that he only replaced parts that HAD to be fixed instead of replacing everything that COULD be fixed.
