Wow one lane open ridiculous I wish heb valued our time

They literally never have what I need. Anytime I try to go there to get stuff for dinner they are always missing at least 1 thing I need. So I end up having to put my stuff back or leave my cart cause I now have to drive 30 minutes to the nearest Walmart. Very frustrating. And when you try to ask the manager lady to order the items shell take your info with an attitude and never contact you back. Employees in general are nice, store in general is clean, its the stock thats the problem.

Absolutely not, my HEB is always a five star!!! Everything time I go there, their dervyor should I say, their services get better. Theyre like fine wine, they get better with age.

Local HEB. Cant really complain ha. Foods are limited compared to the bigger ones but its usually well stocked. Employees are polite most of the time. Lines can build up sometimes too but they always working. Never seen anyone standing around. Pretty clean too.

Never any boxes for pastries, plastic little bags stick to the glazed donuts and make it really messy

Not enough name brand products forcing us to buy heb brand items

H-E-B IN RAYMONDVILLE WAS GREAT. IT WAS CLEAN, THERE WAS ENOUGH CASHIERS, AND BAGGERS ( I APOLOGIZE IF I GOT THE TITLE WRONG) PROPS TO ERNESTO WHO WAS MY CASHIER. HE WAS REALLY FRIENDLY AND CHEERFUL DESPITE HOW BUSY IT WAS🙂

It is a smaller HEB in a small town but they had good selection and everything we needed. Nice staff. Walmart closed so the downtown shops are coming back. This is a nice, friendly town.

Couldnt find boxes of coconut milk. Used to carry both types; now nothing for months.Beef selection was as bad as usual.

HEB is the only store I will buy my groceries from. They have the lowest prices and better quality products. I have worked out of state and was forced to shop at other grocery stores and when I crossed the state line back to Texas, I was looking for a Big Red, Whataburger, and HEB. You really miss them when your away from home.

The Raymondville HEB is a nice place to do your grocery shopping. It is rarely packed and you can do your shopping in piece. I also get in and out pretty fast.

Excellent 👌👍👌 because thats where I am able to talk to people and so forth.

Just when I thought you could no longer find good customer service out there. I was proven wrong upon entering this HEB. Its not the biggest but it is the friendliest and most pleasant HEB in the valley. Everyone has a smile and is willing to help you. This kind of service just brightens up my day.

I give HeB five stars bc I have always been impressed by the staff. They are very helpful when it comes to finding things or asking me if they can order it. When it comes to expectations of inventory of course what I like is not always there but the fact they ask me if they would like for them to order it for me that Makes me feel really special.

Moving from The state of IL, I have found that HEB is beyond compare. We love our HEB. Wish it was an HEB plus but its perfect for what we need.

Very clean very attentive employees and plenty of inventory. Just wish this was a H.E.B. Plus. This way it would open more cashiers and be less wait time.

Always so clean ..and workers are polite..anyone usually know where something is even if its not their dept. The managers are usually walking around to help and they open up lanes wen there is not enough..i love my HEB

Its a small local HEB - not like one of the bigger ones, but it caters to the local community. The staff is friendly and helpful, and if there is something they dont have, but you want, theyll often keep a case of it for you on a top shelf. Theres just not the space for the huge selection - but theyre ours, and theyve earned the local support.

Had relatives in from Missouri they were impressed with the prices, how clean the store was, how friendly everyone was and the selection of items.

It has good quality products at a reasonable price and the people there are super nice and friendly..never really had a problem with the place and its always clean.but i hate how the lines can get so long.

The HEB in Raymondville is Very disappointing, they have discontinued many items and replaced them with HEB brand items. I have to drive at least 20 miles to walmart or a larger HEB store. This store was well stocked until Wal-Mart moved out of town now they are the only choice in town.

We lost our Wal-Mart in Raymondville, but H-E-B has stepped it up. It doesnt carry everything you would find at Walmart, but if you request an item, the store managers will do their best to get it in. It is also convenient because there is fuel here as well.

Great for the basics... If u need fancy ingredients U need to go to Harlingen...
