Young African American manager is very helpful. He greeted everyone and was pleasant. He was constantly moving through the store making sure the work was getting done efficiently. Hed grab product for associates and answered questions for those of us waiting in the queue. There seemed to be a good working relationship among he and the associates. Id definitely visit again.

I would not recommend this store at all. They are very rude and not helpful at all. Eric is who I talked to and tried to get help from and he was so rude and disrespectful!! I will never return to this store. If you need to go to a t-mobile store i would recommend going to the Harrisonville store. Super nice and very helpful!!

4 starters ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! The tech kept my sim card to my old phone. When I went to get it cuz my phones not working (10 min later) the tech working the floor was so rude Ill never go back to that store. I still cant use my new phone I only have1 sim card!!!!!! Duh My daughter is at the hospital right now.My husband paid alot of money for an i phone I cant use. Happy Birthday!!!! No not yet😭

It took several hours and 2 trips to the store to try to get my issue resolved and they were never able to resolve it. Reps were nice but I heard them give several other custmers the same pat answers and just trying to sell new products. And management should discuss issues with the employees out of range of customers.

We have NEVER been disappointed in the Service from.Tmobile.We have used their service for 15 YEARS.We went to the store in Raymore this afternoon, we purchased a new phone.The Associates all acknowledged us when we arrived in the store, even though, they were all assisting other customers.Assurimg us, as soon.as one of them were available we would be helped.And, we werethe Associate helped my husband set up his new phone, explain the phone and plan in details.We also have never had any problems with their customer service line when having to reach out to them.We highly recommend T-mobile to anybody needing an Excellent, and Reliable phone service with courteous and knowledgeable Associates. to be ready to assist you.

I had a completely terrible experience. I went in there 2 weeks ago to price out exactly how much it would be to trade in the current phone I had on my sprint plan and the amount of the watch that I had left to pay on. I talked to codee originally he assured me it was an easy process of trading the leased phone in, paying the watch off, abs transferring the line from sprint to T-Mobile. I came in there yesterday around 6:30 expecting this process to be pretty seamless with paying the watch off, turning in leased phone and then being added on to an already existing T-Mobile plan. Codee, the pregnant manager, and Brent who was helping me all said conflicting things while in there. Nobody was aware of how to do the whole process. I walked in prepared to pay off my watch. Codee never told me that I would have to not only the watch, but the sales tax on the phone that I’m turning in, the phone bill, and the down payment for a new phone. Codee nor the pregnant manager ever acknowledged the fact that they had completely misinformed me the first time I came in there. While in there after I had already turned my phone over to them they tried to force me into a new number so that they wouldn’t have to do the work of pivoting the number. Even at once implied I walk out without a phone. After being there 2 and a half hours. I walked out with a phone that I wasn’t really happy with and completely frustrated having to spend a few more hundred dollars that planned on spending and having a terrible customer experience overall.

I’ve had nothing but issues with this specific T-Mobile location since moving into the area. I can never get the same information out of two different people at the store. I can never get employees to actually follow up on what they say they’re going to do. And now I can’t even get anyone to answer the phone. I ordered a replacement screen protector for my phone two months ago they said it would be direct shipped to my house because they never carry anything in stock anymore. I still have not received it and can’t get anyone to answer my phone call to see where it is.

I called the sprint customer service on 8/28/21 asking when I was due for an upgrade. They said I was due. Get to this store, wait half an hour for them, then they tell me I can’t upgrade for another year. They should check these things before making people wait half an hour

Left and came to this location after waiting 20 min in the Grandview store, without any acknowledgement from the salespeople, which I found to be poor customer service. Walked right in the door at this location, and although each employee was helping a customer, one of them looked up, greeted us, and said someone would be with us in a few minutes. We waited less than 10 minutes and one salesperson helped my son choose a new phone, and another one completed the transaction. Very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable...GREAT EXPERIENCE! The two ladies that helped were just awesome.

Probably the worse service Ive experienced with t-mobile. My husband and I came in to inquire about our Jump 2.0 plan and to see if the new Flip 5G was on display. When I asked the guy working there, would you be able to explain the skip plan, Im not sure if thats what its called, to us - its where you can upgrade your phone and do you have the Flip 5Gphone on display? I got a quick, we dont have the flip on display. I said thats ok, but could you explain the plan to me so I can understand what we can do or not with it. All I got was a blank stare and he continued to play with his phone. No offer to look up our plan, no interest at all to actually help! Very disappointing! I wont be returning to this location for help since it seems that isnt a priority with the employees- note a man walked in after us to ask about a specific phone and the same guy that didnt help us just told the other customer that they didnt have that version of phone and then walked away to continue to play with his phone. He didnt have a name tag on so I couldnt give a name just date and time we were there.8/12/20207:15pmIm aware not all Tmobile employees arent this way, but I was hoping since the store on 135th that we usually went to was closed down that I could find another that was as helpful and Friendly- first try was a strike

Mobile expert William Harris was outstanding. I am an older not so tech savvy customer. He was patient and made certain my #s and pics were all transfered to my new phone safely. He suggested my replacement and did not try to convince me to go with all the bells and whistles. I am very happy with the service there today.

I cant say enough great things about Gabby! I have been dealing with billing issues for months from the original store I signed up with. For every time they told me they couldnt help me she got it taken care of. She has always been kind and professional and genuinely cared about my issues. I manage hotels for a living and know great customer service and that girl has it! She definitely should be prospected for a management role!!

Ive been to T-mobiles all over town and recommend this store over the rest. Friendly employees and somewhat quick service. Cell phone stores are painful when theyre busy - which this one is usually not. If youre out there and need something its a decent stop.

Good T-Mobile. Employees are knowledgeable which is important when shopping electronics and plans. Have been to other T-Mobile stores and been irritated by their aggressive selling goals but dont seem to know anything. This store is not like that!

4 employees on the floor but only 2 customers being helped, a little to much fun on the floor and not lot of work. My mistake a 5th employee just walked out on the floor. Not to mention Im only here to resolve why my BRAND NEW phone was previously owned by the church of laterday saints (plastic wrap and everything)

If i could put negative 5 stars i would. I went in and asked about updating my phone and she said some back when its my year customer mark cause ill be able to get a better deal, i came back and asked about buying a new phone and stated exactly what i wanted. The guy that worked with me didnt explain things or make the purchasing process easy at all and was really rude. I worked in customer service so i know it can be difficult but i didnt deserve that treatment. Taking my business elsewhere.

Ive been a long time t mobile customer. If I ever go back to this store there is one employee that I hope is gone. Everyone there was friendly except this one employee who I had the unfortunate circumstances to be waited on by him. I asked over and over for specials. He refused to work with me. I bought a phone from him... for my daughter and then went over and over in my mind why? I made the deal..I asked all the questions all he did was threaten my daughter if she didnt buy a certain plan they would never finance her again. It was her last chance. She was crying.. he was hard core...grrr

The fellow that was helping me had toilet paper stuffed in his nose (no kidding!) I couldnt understand anything he was saying, and they didnt have the phone I wanted to trade out my recalled Note 7. Not a good experience. Thats the second time Ive been in there and didnt get good service. Hope my phone doesnt blow up before I can get over to Kansas!

Ive been with T-Mobile for 14 years...Raymore store has the best customer service...they always take good care of us explaining all the new technology that comes out...making sure we know how to work the phones before we walk out the door...Pamela went above and beyond and came out to my truck and helped me by syncing the phone to the truck....awesome people 😊

Been to this store twice now both times was ridiculous. Dont know if they just hired off the street no experience their dumb as a box of rocks. Probably there to just collect a paycheck. Turn the lights off and lock the door cause no ones home.

Rude staff. I asked if they had a iphone X they said no even though a few weeks before when i called they said it was there. They said i could order online but not with cash i personaly do not have any other way to pay because i dont have a credit card so this makes it much harder. Also now i have to pay shipping . If i could give 0 stars would. (Update) If you want a new phone don’t go here!!! Stay away at all costs. They have horrible staff. When I couldn’t get a phone a few weeks ago as you read before I found that a ton of other places have the same phone I wanted way cheaper. Then when I went in to get all of my data transferred from my old Samsung to my new the lady didn’t know what she was doing and almost dropped my old phone about 4 times. Then when I thought all of my stuff was over...0 contacts had come over and 20 out of my 200 photos came over and didn’t even go to the photos app. Honestly if you want help I know it takes a while but get a spot at the Genius Bar at apple they actually know what they are doing and don’t have 2 brain cells.

The people in this store are always very willing to help people and they try their best to get to you as soon as possible even though sometimes there are lots of customers here. My recommendation would be to come here at an off time and you will be very happy with your visit.

We switch carriers from Verizon in September 2017. We were told our account from Verizon was paid for if we switched to t mobile. We were in the store with i believe the white heavy set male with brown hair and glasses. This was in the raymore belton Missouri store. The rep advised had me log into my Verizon account on their computer in the store and took screenshot of my several screenshots of my account to switch over. He stated that the Verizon account would be paid off and we would not have to worry about it when we got our final bill. When we got our final bill from Verizon we contacted t mobile and they advised it was being taken care off. We just recieved a collection notice from a collection company stating we owe Verizon over 1k and it had been on daniel head, my husband, credit report. We contacted tmobile 2.16.2019 and they stated that we were misinformed by the rep but they would not be taking care of anything due to the time frame even though the store rep lied and misinformed us to get a sale.

I have only been a t moblie customer for 5 days now and i am very unhappy i wasnt told about a restocking fee when i got a phone i didnt like the phone its a crappy phone so i went in next day to swap out my phone for them the manager todd to tell me there is a re stocking fee of 50 bucks he was very rude when i told him you didnt tell me this he said its in contract yeah it is but in fine print that only a mouse could read and it wasnt highlighted like everything else was so when i said to him ok will you wave the fee if i buy the really good phone he say sure then i said ok well i still want to match the price on web he then tells me no i cant do that it would hurt me and then i am like so your bouns is more important then your customers he gets rude with me again and then walks away and wont help me anymore makes someone else help me when i said ok i will but this phone they tell me i had to pat 549.00 full price cause i was on the classic plan and i am like you didnt tell me this when i sign my contract and i didnt ask for the classic plan and thats when i walked out this store is crap and lack of communication when selling things to customers i will never do business at this store again
