They did an awesome job!

Absolutely unprofessional. Installed a defective piece of glass, with a replacement appointment for a week away. Had to fight for an earlier date. Which they then brought another defective piece of glass. The following day no word from the manager. I call them and Eddy the manager proceeds to tell me their parts specialist is having issues finding glass, all while one of their technicians had told me they can order me OEM glass at the snap of a finger. Still no word from “ Eddy “ or anybody else through safelite. It’s been about 5 days now ongoing with this issue with still no resolution. Do NOT use these people by any means, especially if your costs will be coming out of pocket.

I recently had my windshield replaced here. As this was my second time this year a had a few questions for the service technician. Upon finishing my questioning he informed me that the last time I had my replacement done (at the dealership by the way) they failed to calibrate the collision camera and instead just cleared the code and sent me on my way.

Needed a door window replaced on my Cadillac that I love so much. Bo replaced it under time with no issues.

The gentleman who helped my mom with her car was great. Very polite and informative. He set her up with a convenient appointment. He definitely made out visit super easy. Great job ...I would definitely recommend this place!

Big huge shout out to John at the Raynham location.. I had a 330 appt and was dreading spending my Saturday there... he called me to come in early and had me in and out in less than 30 minutes!!!! I was home by 320 to enjoy my Saturday and I hope he did too! Excellent customer service!

Go down the street to the east Taunton location! Ive replaced a few windshields in my lifetime and they were the absolute worst. Left my light tan interior and sliver exterior trashed with black tar! They used my gender against me, not cool. Edit: Corporate came to see the damage and was able to repair it! They were surprised to see how it was left, they told us to visit the East Taunton location in future

Excellent service

Wish I could give 0 stars. Had them do my first car awhile back. Had to have them come back twice to fix the seam/ seal. After two visits the seam was still peaking up in the corners of my windshield. Got a new car, figure id give them another shot. Not a good idea. They first forgot to put my inspection sticker on my new windshield. Also they chipped the paint on my roof all along the top seam!

Had a windshield replaced and they replaced out our good antifog mirror with a terrible regular mirror that was not even in good shape. They were extremely rude when I attempted to follow up. I understand things happen but there was no communication about it. The kicker was the rudeness after when I tried several times to follow up. I won’t use this location again. Worth a drive not to.

They repaired a shattered back slider window on my 2018 Tacoma pickup. I have to say the quality of workmanship was extrememy poor. Also, glass was left everywhere. They tore the headliner. There were several areas along the inside window frame where the headliner was frayed and sticking out of the frame. The outside window frame was crooked and wavy. I have filed a complaint. The manager did call me to set up date to come vacuum and look at the work. We will see what their customer service is like, but the quality of work is definitely poor.

Totally disappointed. They left shattered glass all over nit driveway and in the grass where I walk my dog. Needed a passenger and drivers front windows replaced as they were vandalized and smashed in. Took 4 days to come out. Then, only one window was replaced. Not sure what logic the tech used to choose which one he replaced. Our appointment was scheduled from 1PM to 5pm. At 215 the tech took off only completing one window. So, out of a car for yet another day. Thanks for leaving the glass everywhere. Luckily I took pictures. Cant wait to see the mess they leave tomorrow...

Justin came out to my job in Middleboro from the Raynham location on a freezing day February 25th and did an amazing job!His friendliness and professionalism were on point!

Unfortunately I cant give a zero. Had to wait six days for the same day service. On the big day, they were supposed to be at our driveway by 12 noon. Wife calls at 1230pm - they say they were trying to call her - you see the windshield for her was delivered broken. They would order another one stat, and they didnt call as they had taken down a wrong number. My wife asks for a new timeline. They give none. They dont call back. When the tech arrives at 215pm, he says he didnt call as the number didnt work - the lady we called at noon never corrected the number. Anyway, hes taking our windshield off to repair and stops - guess what? They now have the WRONG windshield. He will reattach the broken one and contact the office so they can reschedule. Ha. And what do they offer for wasting an entire day of our lives - the MLK day holiday? Nothing. Worst...Service....Ever.... Avoid like the plague...you may get lucky, but you may not.

You did not put my transponder back on windshield. Now I have to find the velcro/tape to put it back on.
