I got a vehicle here 5 months back. In terms of the process of buying the vehicle it was great. I was helped by Rachel Brownell who was very helpful, accommodating and friendly.However, when I got the car it had a rejected sticker on it. I was told the battery had been replaced and that I would need to drive 100 miles and come back in order to pass. I came back a week later and got a pass. Unfortunately, I began having tire pressure issues. I took it back to Mastria to get checked out, and the mechanic there found a single nail in the tire, despite 3 of my tires having issues. This did not solve the problem, and I went to a different mechanic who was surprised that the dealership had missed 2 more nails, the tire beading wasnt sealing properly and I had a cracked air valve stem. A couple of months later, my battery also died. Turns out that the battery in the car was from the factory and had never been changed. Aside from these issues, my car has been great, but it definitely had more issues than I had expected. The car was clean inside so it definitely was well taken care of, except a few weeks back I found some old Reeses Cups near the spare tire under the floor of the trunk.All in all, the people here are very friendly but it seems they may not take care of the vehicles they sell as well as you might expect.

Was the worst experience ever for me. Purchased used auto had damage I missed originally and they stated too expensive to repair gave me touch up paint for a dent and split in the metal lower portion of hood. 2 weeks after purchasing odometer started flashing. They were unable to repair however they provided me with a print out of all the error codes and recommended I go to the specific autos dealership to have repaired with their computers and have them contact us they stated. I went had it repaired and than Mastria Kia refused to pay the bill while the vehicle was still under 30 day warranty. It was safety issues and was unable to use lower gears and just had D [drive], so they were liable for the repairs under the warranty agreement but again refused to pay. They originally were rude, they talk to hear themselves talk by stating they will do something and they never do it. They would not budge on the original price of the vehicle even though I was paying all the cash up front and not financing. There was just one key and I had to beg them to get them to agree to make me the second key, which by the way I am still waiting for. Their only focused on taking your money and leaving you out to dry once they achieve this. I highly recommend you avoid this so called Family dealership. I cant believe this is how they treat their veterans. Attached print out of all the errors they feel they are not responsible to have to pay for to have repaired they actually admitted to. [shaking head]

My first experience wasnt the best a few years ago the finance person wasnt honest and up front but that all changed this time around... Chad was amazing, he answered all my texts and phone calls in a timely manner and I had alot of questions, he found me a car that I love and that we could afford and was able to get my husband into a new car as well... The staff here is amazing from the management right down to the sales people I am glad we came back and bought two more cars I look forward to coming back in a few years for another car

I bought my Kia 2021 Seltos at the N Dartmouth dealership. I had problems with it starting. They replaced the starter and said everything was ok. A month and a half later it would not start again. Called Kia N Dartmouth and they would not take it in for a month. This was unacceptable to me. I called Mastria Kia. They got my car in right away and fix the problem. It was the battery. I can not thank them enough for getting me back in my car in one day !!!! Everyone was so nice and helpful. THANK YOU!!!

Awful from top to bottom. We turned in the lease we had for 3 years two weeks ago, and I couldnt be happier. At one point was interested in perhaps buying out the lease, and it just created a circus. They send dozens of texts, dont understand how to use their own CRM (apparently) and when you send someone a real email - nobody gets back to you. The best part is when you email someone, and you happen to hear back (after they have sent you 15 more texts from their CRM), you get a rude phone call saying theyve never heard of you, and why are you contacting THEM? Your email just mysteriously appeared in my inbox? No. But at least he got back to me, rude or not, nobody else checks their email. Michaela couldnt WAIT to get me into a new Kia! Emailed her to discuss end of lease options. Crickets. Then, it came time to turn in our lease. We were supposed to meet Dereck at 9am. Great. We had things to do. Guess what? We arrive and we are in staff meeting. Why would you make an appointment at 9am, when youre in another meeting? The best part was - we didnt even MEET Dereck. A woman took the plates, and filled out our paperwork. The only one who isnt a jerk is Chad. They need more Chads.

Bought a beautiful brand new 2021 Forte GT for cheaper than a similar used car i had found and almost bought (if not for a delay) thru Carvana.
