Meh the girl told me I had to buy the mask to the stormtroopers costume but if you read the label it tells whats included and not and the mask was included and ontop of that the costume was a XXL Im a medium in mens and she said it looks good umm NO wasnt paying 50$ for an oversize costume without the mask and costume were not in stock due to Halloween being 11 days away and dont rely on the online view of the store nothing was in-stock when it said it was I dont know why the site cant be updated so we dont waste gas getting there and being disappointed. If youre looking to buy birthday stuff there is a variety but limited of characters/ themes especially for anime themes

Today we had a delivery scheduled for party supplies but when the driver got here he was missing half the order. We drove to the store to pick up the missing items only to be informed that the plates we ordered were not available. I took the bag home only to find out that the order was missing more than just plates. (Shame on me I guess for not dumping out the bags and checking all the items) Obviously party planning can be a stressful process, and nothing is worse than making multiple trips across town to the party store because there quality control is non-existent. After this we will not be using party city anymore.

The day before Halloween and they still had costumes. It was expensive for 2 costumes but they had costumes. They gave my granddaughters party order to someone else and caused a delay for the party starting.

Be careful from a young lady employee. She is very rude and a unhappy person Avoid going to the store on her shift

I love this store now... the costumer service was amazing and got everything I needed and help me a lot.... Bella was the nice girl who not only helped me pick out my costume but then showed me accessories to go along with my costume, my son was also looking for a costume but he is a little heavy so he couldn’t fit into the regular kids super hero costumes and he was very sad but Bella did not let him be sad for long because she offered to help him pick out different things around the store for him to make his very own super hero costume.....he loved it and I’ve never seen him happy like this before, the smile was definitely worth the money....I’m definitely coming back if she’s there because I want her help

Cool little store

I pre-ordered balloons, black, gold, and purple. When I picked them up I got black, gold, and silver. When I mentioned it to the employee she says, Oh well thats what they did. My reply was, I specifically ordered purple to match the color scheme. The other employee says, We didnt prepare the order. (With a horrible attitude) No apology or offer to correct the mistake) Im pretty sure she was aggravated because I interrupted a conversation she was having with the other employee. As I walked away unsatisfied, she continued her conversation without giving my disappointment a second thought. I picked up Saturday January 2nd at 1:30. Hope a manager sees this post and addresses these employees horrible customer service skills!

Expensive party store, with unfriendly staff, but a great selection of themed products. They are quite expensive in comparison to online vendors, but the location is prime. Their organization in this location is a bit lacking, but could be easily corrected.

Great store with huge party selection. Had same day delivery to my door for the covid season and was fast and prompt. Would recommend. The website is a bit glitchy but manageable.

Best store on most things. I know that they have many things you did not think about as something you will need. But for me planning a party going through here.

They have a huge wall covered in pictures of Halloween costumes (organized by age group) and you can see all the styles in one spot. There is staff waiting with mobile devices to see if the costume is in stock and then another associate will bring the costume(s) to the dressing room for you to try on or purchase. So super easy, I wish we stopped here first!

I have been to this store twice in the past month for balloons for parties and each time they have been out of helium. Called the Avon location, also out of helium. They did offer to sell me a helium tank for $32.00...I don’t think so!

I just got out of party city and the customer service was incredible. The gentleman was working alone and was very accommodating to all of his customers!

Only 1 person working? Too busy on the phone. I didnt find what I was looking for. Incredible waste of time & apparently the phone call was more important than a walk in customer. I announced my presence as I walked in with a friend. We walked the whole store looking for someone else. I had to wait for her to hang up the phone. Poor customer service yesterday.

I came here for haloween costumes and quickly remembered why i said last year ill never come here for costumes again they have a small selection with very limited sizes and what we setled on was missing half the costume and they gave us $5 off for half the costume! I would think half a costume would be half the price and the manager didnt even acknowledge me when i said it to him. He walked away and i left very angry.

Allot of very patient associates available to all help you in a very timely manner! Even the manager was very polite and helpful! Have such great ideas for parties! Omg they are the place to go for balloons! They sell such a large selection of mylar balloons(you can even personalize some!)and so many giant balloons also! They have a huge selection for themed parties! To make it easier when you are looking at the themed party stuff they have balloon bouquets that you can buy and theyll blow up for you to make it easier instead of trying to pick out balloons to match! Theyll also blow up balloons you bring in if you bought them somewhere else for only $1 per balloon! Have some Halloween costumes now for the season and tons and tons of candy, you can buy lose candy so you dont have to buy mixed bags and end up with only 1 kind you like in it! They are you go to party place for everything you could possibly need!! Best party store around! Cant beat their service either! They helped me when I had no idea how to even throw a party and helped me get everything I needed! BEST PARTY STORE EVER!!!

Store had listed many items online as in stock and when I called a young kid answered and said If it says so then we have it and said it was busy and couldnt check their stock. So I drove all the way there for a half hour to purchase my items, after already going to 2 other Party City stores closer to me without any luck. When I got there, the item I was specifically looking for was not there and I asked the manager on duty. She informed me that they havent carried that item for weeks, and didnt know why it showed up online. She looked around in back a little and was annoyed greatly by me when I asked her to call other stores for me to check their stock. I wouldnt have gone through all this trouble had it not been for her employee. Eventually she said she could try and order it for me and a week later, nothing came to the store when I and or went in again... I find out no order was ever made. I ended up ordering it myself and paid way more, but was so sick of the hassle after all that. This store and the manager was just horrible in this situation.

Had a great experience...My son enjoyed trying on the masks...we had a good time.

They didnt have quite a few of the balloons I wanted in stock (I had to go through 5 choices before I decided I just wouldnt get one). They wont order a balloon for you- you have to get it shipped to your house, come back to bring it to them and then come back again to pick it up. Also, in addition to ordering unfilled balloons, its over $1 per balloon to fill. All seems ridiculous.

Went to the store Saturday 10/20 to get balloons and they were out of helium. What kind of service is that being out of helium on a weekend and 2 weeks before Halloween, rediculous and they werent even apologetic......very poor Management!!

Terrible service. During holiday seasons (Halloween) expect to wait in line for over a half hour. Store is often messy and not well stocked. Wait time for balloons is over an hour, this includes a request for one (single) balloon.

Good if not obvious place for party supplies. Especially the more obscure ones that no one else has.
