Horrible customer service VERY DISAPPOINTED.Over the weekend we signed up for monthly water deliveries we set up online and they said they would deliver the water cooler and 4 (5 gallons) of water between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm ( huge time window). No one showed up and I decide to call, on the phone call they told me the water cooler it was in back order.If we didnt call we would be waiting for the delivery until now. Thats just sad they dont give a courtesy call to customers and tell them to not sit and wait all day for a delivery that wont happen. VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE.
