I used to call Overhead Door for any of my overhead door needs. It was the only company that I knew of that did those types of repairs, and I was literally unaware of any other option. And lets face it, their company name kind of sticks with you.Over the years, however, I have since switched over to using HQI Door Company, and I couldnt be happier about it. Jay Delaplain has always provided me with a level of service that Overhead Door could not even come close to. And I have never once had an issue where he was unable to accommodate me in our time of need.If anybody is still using Overhead Door and is looking for a change, I couldnt recommend them more.

Thank you To HQI for your prompt and exemplary service. My garage door spring snapped with my car trapped inside yesterday and Jim from HQ sent Jason to rescue me this morning, Saturday. Jason replaced 2 springs and lubricated the 15 year old doors so they function like new. Price was below 2 other companies that would not send out help until Monday in one case and Tuesday in the other. Fantastic service.

Jim from HQI Door was amazing. My garage opener was having issues on a Sunday and Jason was there to come tell me what I needed on Monday and my issue was resolved by Tuesday.They were amazing!

Today at 7:05am I witnessed one of your vehicles (license S83-801) merge from 495N - 95N in a very dangerous manner. He drove in the breakdown lane to attempt to cut people off. He then merged into the middle lane at a slow speed with no blinker and nearly crashed into another car. Reckless endangerment. I would not want that individual on my property and he is doing your business a disservice by driving a vehicle with your company name and phone number on it. Bad publicity.
