Recently had our new counters installed by Skyline and we couldn’t be happier, from our first visit to their showroom until installation everything was flawless. Terrible service. Terrible craftsmanship. The person doing the templating was rude and barely spoke English. I don’t think he could complete a connect the dots picture properly. Stay far away. Go somewhere else. I should have gotten a full refund. Instead I have to live with $18000 poorly cut and installed counter tops.

What can I say about my countertops? BEAUTIFUL!Excellent price, incredible people to deal with, from the moment I walked in the showroom to the installation which was today, everything went very smoothly. Installers were professional and on time!!We would use them again!! I will recommend them to everyone!!!

Outstanding from start to finish. From the showroom to the template measuring to the installation, this is a professional outfit. So impressed with every aspect of our quartz countertop project. A local kitchen contractor did not want to work with us because we were not doing cabinetry so they sent us directly to Skyline who was amazing. They came out and templated the countertops and went over every small detail. They came back and installed it 10 days later and it is PERFECT. Highly recommend this company!

We have used skyline in both of our kitchens now and absolutelyLOVE the way both counter tops have come out. For our rental kitchen we went with granite and with our kitchen we went with quartz we have never had an issue with them before completely professional results every time! **Professional & Punctual** - Bought a new fridge and needed the Home Depot installed granite counter cut to fit it. Called them up the day before Thanksgiving and they immediately said they be able to do the job the following week. Called a couple days later and put us on the schedule. When the day finally came, they were right on time, we’re very pleasant and professional. Cut the counter in about 10min and then went above and beyond my cleaning and sealing all our counters. Great company that I’d recommend to anyone!

On my first visit I was treated as if I was the only customer, although there were many people looking for granite. They have a huge selection and were very helpful in assisting us in choosing just the right material for our project. They held our granite choice until we were ready which was about five months. I called to make appointment for the template and the woman who took my call was so pleasant and easy to deal with. They were wonderful in accommodating our deadline. There pricing could not be beat and the workmanship of the install was precise.

We had our kitchen countertop installed last Friday and we are very pleased with the service Skyline Marble & Granite provided. Terry was very helpful in choosing the right color stone. Everybody did an awesome job from start to finish. We highly recommend them!

I am a kitchen designer on Marthas Vineyard. I have used Skyline for almost a decade, as well as a few other vendors (when my customer insisted) working with Skyline has been a pleasure. There have been very few issues over the years, when an oversight on their part did arise, they fixed it without a fight. Thats a big deal in this industry!Their pricing is great, the quality is great, their install crews are great and the owners know what customer service is all about.I would highly recommend this company!

Had Skyline do two of my Bathrooms a few months back and even though these jobs are small they were very professional, quick and clean.I called them to do a much larger Job on a renovation of my Kitchen Including a 9 foot center Island. From start to finish the Company could not of been any BETTER ! Sales people A+++, Scheduling Dept A+++ and last but the Most Important there Installation Crew was without any Doubt the best in the Business. Skyline just installed another granite countertop and sink for my rental business. It is the fifth time that I have used them. The first kitchen was installed four years ago. The granite has held up nicely, and has taken more abuse than if it were in your own home, as again, these are rentals. The price has been right.Everyone, from the person I dealt with in the showroom, to the crew that shows up to draw templates, to the installers, have all been very professional and polite.I recently took a trip to their new showroom in Raynham. It is outstanding and was worth the trip.

I too would love to give a minus star rating if I could.The builder of my new home uses a local kitchen company that sub-contracts with Skyline for the granite counter tops. A kitchen backsplash was clearly ordered in the specs but for some reason, it was not installed. These things happen and the issue should have been an easy fix. Not with Skyline.They sent Anthony to measure and template the job. He did nothing but complain that he was at my home telling me it was all my fault. (Backsplash was in the specs.)He offered to make the backsplash in a depth to accommodate the window sill then warned that it would not be cut until I agreed to a surcharge.(Builder was paying).He did not bring the tool to drill a hole for the soap dispenser as was also in the specs and then read me the riot act that Id better have the dispenser on hand when he returned or the job would not be done. (Dispenser was sitting on the sill.)A call to Skyline to find out when they would return for the installation was chaotic. Raphael had no clue as to the schedule. I also explained to Raphael that Anthony was rude and I did not want him to return to me home. Yeah, we got an email. I insisted that I wanted to speak to someone in charge about Anthony but was rebuffed by Raphael with a The boss knows....Finally, the install was - of course - scheduled for the day I was leaving.This company does not care about service or return business. Many other granite company choices so dont just stay away - RUN!

I would not recommend this company at all!!!! From the moment they entered my home I had a bad feeling! I should have gone with my gut and went with another company because they did an awful job!We renovated our kitchen and they ruined it! They said that they would come and TRY to fix it but we are afraid that we will have to live with something worse!Dont do it just DONT!!!!!!

If i could give a zero star i would. on 7/16/2017 i had a templater come to my house for a countertop and backsplash for kitchen.After a hour,he left.On 7/11/17, around 9am, got a call from the office, asking if i changed my mind about the countertop. I said no i had not, that a templater has been here and did his job. Office said no template done for countertop, would send another out. They then sent another one out that arrive approx. 5pm 7/11/17, and as soon as he stepped out of van, said the issue was my fault, that i had not told him i wanted a countertop with a ton of bad attitude. I stated that it was not my fault, as the order stated i wanted a countertop and backsplash. after about 5 minutes of arguing about it, i requested he leave my property. After he left, i called the company to speak to someone in charge. I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes. I hung up and recalled, explained the situation and requested a call back from someone in charge about the attitude and demeanor of their employee representing their company. Mind you, i spent about 6K prior renovating a bathroom, so i am a returning customer. At this point i can say that it seems to me that they have gotten to give proper attention to issues like this. I will wait 24 hours for a callback, then i will start looking for another marble company to do my kitchen. Good luck, and hope whoever reads has a better experiance then i have had with them.
