A couple weeks ago, I was calling around getting prices on oil. I was also looking for a business that took AMEX. I called a lot of oil delivery companies to get a quote, and most of them seemed kind of unfriendly on the phone. When I called Freedom Fuel, I spoke with Jason and he was just so helpful and kind from the start! Oil is so expensive right now and he was just very empathetic about the situation. A couple of hours later, he was here delivering oil. He introduced himself and we chatted for a bit. I truly feel that Freedom fuel cares about their customers and community based this one experience. They took all stress and worry out the oil buying process. Also, my husband and I were really happy to know that this was a Veteran owned business ran by Jason and his wife. We really appreciated the personal touch and impeccable customer service (p.s. thanks for the awesome pen and magnet). We will be using Freedom fuel for all future oil purchases and highly recommend you give them a try. You’ll be happy you did!

Jason came in right on time swiftly and was able to show me the oil system throughly since I have no prior knowledge. Him and his wife were extremely professional and knowledgeable! Veteran ran as well which is another huge plus!

Wednesday 1/20/2021 I called about 10 different oil companies for a emergency oil delivery (we failed to keep track due to travel which is no ones fault I understand) all companies couldn’t make it sooner rather than later, most representatives/owners were quite rude because we didn’t want to lock in a contract — I finally came across Freedom Fuel, and let me tell you Jason & his wife have exceeded my expectations. Jason is lively, kind and has stellar customer service. His wife is also friendly & kind. Freedom fuel does not service the town we live in YET, and he still was kind enough to stop by to provide us with the oil we desperately needed. We normally do have our go to but that’s out the window, customer service is everything, we were ready to pay whatever fee, to whomever will deliver services — but the service Freedom fuel provided definitely made all the difference. They’ve gained another customer & I sure as hell will be telling any homeowner/property owner about them !!!!Thank you Freedom fuel, much success to you all!

We found out my mother’s home heating oil was low, suddenly before a big storm. They were courteous and kind, able to fit a delivery in at the end of the day on a Saturday. A huge relief while calling from 1200 miles away. Because my late father was a veteran, they even gave her a veteran’s discount - which was a huge savings on over 150 gallons of oil. Will make sure that family and friends in the area plan on switching to this great company.

Today Jason and his wife came out and filled our oil tank. He is super friendly and came into to do an inspection of my oil tank. His prices are great. Freedom Oil is my go to for oil going forward.

Freedom Fuel it is absolutely the best oil company in in the Bristol County area. We had many oil companies serving us over the years, but until this day we never had a better customer experience as we did with Freedom Fuel. They went above and beyond to get us oil for the weekend. Excellent service and customer service.
