We had to open up a customers wall to make an emergency 🚨 plumbing repair. As a curtesy to our customer, we offered to stop by Sherwin-Williams this morning to pick up a gallon of paint for the repair since Sherwin-Williams is located so close to our office. When I stopped in I was surprised at how I was greeted. With the Covid situation, people have not been very personable lately. Everyone at the store was smiling and eager to help! It was a breath of fresh air dealing with sherwin-Williams this morning. Thank you for your help and excellent customer service!

Everyone knows Sherwin Williams paints are top notch, but there are other quality paints on the market. The reason to shop Sherwin Williams is the knowledge and customer support/Service the store staff provides, they listen to what your looking to do then they explain what you should use and why it’s the product for that job. I cannot say enough good things about my local store.

I never have shopped there yet I received an invoice via email showing I had purchased an item and had an account, which I do not!!!
