These guys (Sonny and Sandeep) are the BEST at taking Great care of their customers... Especially if youre lucky enough to be a repeat or regular customer... Sandeep knows what Everyone wants when they step thru the door, and Always Happy and Smiling, courteous and professional! These guys are the GOLD standard for excellence in Customer Service, and to be honest.... Theyre just plain Good Guys who make customers feel like Family!Kudos Sinclair... Guys, we refuse to come in your store right now because of the viral contrails from all the people coming into your establishment that arent wearing masks. When we pay at the pump we expect printed evidence that we paid at the pump, not a blank strip of paper. FIX YOUR PUMP PRINTERS! APPARENTLY YOURE HAVING THERMAL ISSUES WITH YOUR GADGETS! AND WHEN WE ASKED FOR HELP AT THE PUMP, WE WERE REPEATEDLY IGNORED. Not coming back. Not worth the risk.

I was just here for the bathroom, and about to buy a thing to be polite, but the clerk told me the bathroom was in bad condition, even though he knew I wouldnt buy anything if I couldnt use it. So five starts for his honesty, and Ill stop here if Im ever in the area again.

This place is Horrible!! The store owner and employees are unfriendly, knowing exactly what he is doing, Sunny (The owner) screwed up two (2) of my coupons from my phone just because Im guessing he didnt feel like scanning them; and refused to honor the coupons. Not to mention that when told that something was wrong with the sweet tea, the employee said nothing was wrong. And proceeded to put concentrated syrup and sugar with no water to complete the sweet tea process. I am a sugar addict and trust me when I say that Gold Peak sweet tea was disgusting and gross. They sell expired food (snacks) their restrooms need to be completely remodeled because of lack of cleaning, the smells will never come out without remodeling. And the store itself has gotten somewhat better, still has something to be desired. I recommend going to Murphys. They are cheaper and the employees are actually personable. As well as a much cleaner area.
