Michele was a lifesaver! I was in desperate need of a storage unit and the one that is closest to me had no office personnel with reference to this location on their door. I called Michelle answered walked me through the process and I actually a day later ended up renting from her location anyway which is slightly further but I think I will keep it just because of her help and I am so appreciative of her. And I hope you get to have her customer service she should get a raise

Neither one gxaise I had and called the main office and told the I would be in ro pay my storeage another lady at the main office sasaid o would be ok and when I show up yall had action my stuff when the lady told.me.as long as ingot.get.paid before the Frist i would be oke on thats from the main office and yes i was right at 3monthe but Ive been been behind before with mo prombles so I just want to thank and let unknown that this office cause me everything.i own and there was things in there I cant replace even important stuff from my mom and dad who as past way and pic of my my grandkids and my kids so I want be renting from you again and Ill tell other people I know that isnt a good place and yhe ladythatdid work there believe her name her ck she was best u had and did everything the others didnt do nothing but set in office so thanks alot

While this place has a great staff, first time being late in 3 years they cut out your lock and threaten to take your stuff 5 days late. Then they charge you for a new lock. With this virus going on as well they still charge a late fee. Just because you can do something doesnt mean you should. Will move my stuff out as soon as I can.

I had a great experience working with the property manager Tammy and the relief manger Becky. I had reserved my unit and wanted to still do some comparison shopping for the best price and location. Tammy was understanding and flexible with allowing me time to make my decision. When I decided to finalize my lease Becky was on hand and we were able to pick up where Tammy left off. They were both very nice and professional.

My wife and I close on the sale of our home later this month, so we were in need of a large climate controlled unit to hold not only our items but our daughters. Today the trailer was full, four helpers were ready to unload, but we still needed a unit. The moment I arrived at the Woodson Public Storage facility, the manager, Tammy, was very helpful in identifying a proper unit for us that was clean and dry. She was very helpful in getting me registered answering all of my questions as my team were on its way to the unit. She guided our truck with the 24 trailer to our unit so there werent any difficult or dangerous turns. Everything was off-loaded this afternoon with room to spare. We thank Tammy for her efficiency and professionalism.

I rented a 10 x 10 climate controlled unit for over 3 years; although I loved it, I had to downsize. After selling or giving away some stuff, Taylor helped me move into a 5 x 15 unit - saving $46 a month. Taylor was extremely patient and showed 5 x 15 and 5 x 10 units so Id make the best choice. The move went smoothly, and just last week, Taylor was there to help me re-lock my new outdoor unit, as I was having trouble sliding the latch into the slot. Thank you, Taylor! Michelle at the Raytown--Woodson location was awesome! Our moving day had been stressful enough however dealing with Michelle was a breath of fresh air! She was extremely courteous, helpful, efficient, and made sure we chose a unit that was going to be large enough to hold our belongings until our new place is ready! Shes the best!

I have used Public Storage in the past and none compare to the customer service at this particular location. Michele is incredible and goes above and beyond to help. She is amazing and Public Storage is lucky to have such a happy full of life employee like her to represent them.

Michele helped me find a great storage space. Shes very helpful. I live in Grandview but drive here BC prices are around $20 less/month.Only thing Id change is at other storage facilities they provide a pallet to keep boxes off the ground to prevent getting wet. The unit was a bit damp inside and it is an inside unit.
