I was experiencing some feedback through my steering wheel that had me concerned, I called H&B shortly before them closing and they made time to test drive my vehicle.. and they gave me a honest diagnosis that was due to uneven tire wear. Some shops might of tried to pinpoint to a bad wheel bearing..for this I am appreciative of Bill who is the owner and took care of me. I will definitely deal with this shop in the future! Also the lady behind the counter was very warm and welcoming. Thanks guys!

I,ve been going to NAPA fjor many. many years (it was once Midas Muffler) and they are professional, friendly good quality and very important honest. I have never experienced any problems before or after service of my vehicle, They do all my inspections, brake, muffler, etx. I even take my new vehicle to be serviced there and not to the dealer. You cant go wrong by going to NAPA.

Have brought two of my cars here. They are reliable, dependable and honest. My dad is a mechanic so i am very leery and skeptical when it comes to other mechanics. These guys have never made me think twice about what they say and they are always willing to answer my 9 million questions.

The NAPA on Kutztown Rd is the only place I take my car for service. They are always courteous and make me feel I am a valued customer. From the woman at the desk to the mechanics who do the work everyone is as helpful as possible. Services are explained in language the is easy to understand and I never feel as if they are doing something that isnt necessary!

Always great service and fair prices

Called them in the morning and was able to bring my car in right away. Dan called me a few hours later to discuss what they would do to fix the my car. They only fixed what I had requested and were great people to do business with. I will be going back there in the future.

Fantastic Customer Service! I always cringe when my cars are ready for routine service as there is a terrible rumor that auto centers will call you with a list of other (expensive) things that need repair. Not H & B Napa! They are very honest and when they have other suggested maintenance, they always refer to your manufacturers suggested maintenance and put it in perspective around how urgent or necessary it really is that you address the issue. Not to mention they are very friendly and easy to talk with. I highly recommend!

I have been going to H and B NAPA AUTOCARE for years . Before they were Midas I never been taken advantage of at all. The staff are very friendly and very professional they know there stuff. Ive been to places like Pep Boys where they try to nickel and dime you for everything. I have my own inspection license so I know first hand that these guys know what they are doing.
