HOORAY! My daughter and I hope this store remains open as she and I prefer brick & mortar 🏢 stores to online shopping 💻. Although the store did not have all she was looking for in cotton yarn colors she was able to make an adequate selection to purchase.There were many in-store discounts in the yarn department as well as close-out pricing which concerned her because she and I prefer to feel products and materials since the feel and fit 👕👚👖 against her and my skin is important! 🤔Hopefully, for years to come, we will continue to be able to shop JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts in-store for a variety of products and materials.

I bought a cricut heat press here a few month back . It recently started showing an error code . So I brought it back to Joanns. They were extremely helpful in locating my receipt for an exchange. They went above & beyond for every customer at checkout as well . Really a great place & great workers

Awesome place. All different types of material to make clothing,curtains etc...You name it!! Arts and crafts materials in abundance. You can make your own jewelry. Things in season as well.This place will be a favorite for me. Also there is free DIY pamphlets for beginners to advanced. So go get started!!!

Lots of craft supplies for any hobby you have. Workers are helpful with any questions you have.

Tried to order for pickup and the computer system would not place my order because it didnt recognize my address. I called customer support and got no help with this issue. I visited the store, was helped by a salesperson to find my items, then stood in line for 10-15 minutes behind 5 other customers waiting for checkout. Only one clerk.

A nice selection of fabrics at this JoAnn Fabrics store. Checkout lines were not too long. Shelves were stocked.

Great place to get crafts for kids. I had the nicest woman help me find everything I needed.

Really like coming here. Always have what I need. Im not opposed to paying a little more rather than having to hunt around town for what I need which would cost me in the end because of time and car costs.

Unless you have a coupon prices can be high. Some things are cheaper on Amazon, but overall they have some great products.

Excellent service. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The lady cutting material to size was super helpful. Great place to find everything you need for those DIY projects youve been thinking about. Just be careful with the candy bars and other sweets right by the registers. Those prices are out of control, even higher than the ones at grocery stores, if you can believe that. Love that they are open and practicing social distancing with only 10 customers in the store at a time. I would however, like to see some sort of time limit for those in the store. My self and the line outside have been waiting over an hour to get in and I’m not sure we will even get in prior to closing. I think a 10-15 minute shop limit would be a great way to keep the distance but still get everyone in.

They carry almost ANYTHING you could need or want for sewing, knitting, crafting, jewelry-making, holiday decor, picture framing and fun hobbies (more for ladies and kids; dont care if Im not p.c.) I could spend all day in that store!

Great prices and selection, cashier was very friendly too.

There was a line because they were only allowing 1 person in the store at a time. One lady tried to walk in ahead of the line and another lady tried to stop her so they got in a fight. Police were called. All this at Joanns fabrics! 10/10 covid quality entertainment.

Joann Fabric store is the best. I am 70 years 9ld and have relied.on Joann Fabric and Crafts for years. I used to do upholstery, make drapes for customers and made the majority of my clothes, clothes for my kids as they were growing up and. my husband.I could always count.on Joanns for my supplies.The choice of fabrics that they carry is exceptional and usual the price is good. I guess you can see that I like the chain and cam?t say enough about.it

I like the place nice, clean and bright, but no-one asked if we needed help.

I feel like I find what I’m looking for when I go here. Staff is helpful when I ask about locating a product.

They have almost anything related to sewing and crafting. My only issue with the store is it takes way too long to check out. More people need to be available to run the registers when the line is long.

Love to go and find new wonderful projects or new ideas for the home or for my wardrobe. The staff is amazing and they treat me like family.

Had a good experience with the Beginners introduction to sewing class. It was 2 and a half hours long giving plenty of time to work on the project. This store can get busy but its not a bad thing unless you cant stand on your feet for more than 10 minutes.

This Jo-Anns is always nice and clean. The staff is always helpful. If you need help finding something or even have a question about a project you are working on they will do their best to help you out. The fabric selection is nice. And they have a lot of other crafting products.

So many fabrics and wide variety of patterns! This day, there were many sales going on. We were shopping for a simple pattern to try to recreate a costume for Juliet, from Romeo and Juliet. $2! Score!

Usually my wife wants to go there but from what I can see they have a selection of virtually almost anything you can think of in fabrics and they are always running sale offers and online coupons all the time so the prices are usually pretty darn good too.

While they have a huge selection, it took *forever* for anyone to assist me with anything. Some of the employees were somewhat rude, and made me feel like I was being an inconvenience. At checkout, I ran into some issues with the pricing of an item and had to wait for an almost absurdly long time - again - for someone to assist with making sure everything was totaled correctly. However, the cashier (named Stacey if I remember correctly) was such a sweetheart and she was very apologetic for the long wait times. Ill probably return - maybe it was just an off-day - but these issues need to seriously be addressed and worked on.

Found the yarn/dye lot needed to finish scarf I had started and make a matching cap. They also assisted me in finding directions for a simple knitted cap.

I would definitely recommend this store. My sewing machine broke when I was finishing up my quilt the night I needed it completed. This store generously allowed me to come in and use their sewing machine to complete my project. I could not imagine how I would have gotten it done without their kindness.

Daughter loves it here. She gets stuff so she can make homemade blankets.

Not happy with JoAnn fabric lately. They dont honor their written return policy. They send a lot of coupons that you cant use on anything. Last time I was in the cashier that was ringing my purchase up kept running back and forth to a different computer looking something up irrelevant to my order, while I was trying to pay! Paid no attention to me and didnt say a word to me the entire transaction. Ive stopped shopping there.

I get really annoyed with their coupon policy. Everything goes on sale so you cant use the coupons. You have to have a cell phone and download their app to get a coupon. What ever happened to the coupons at the door in the flyers, especially those who dont have cell phones. When I do use a coupon its the highest percentage I can find to use it on one high priced item. I dont shop at Jo-Ann Fabrics unless I absolutely have to.

This place has the most rude employees, and age has nothing to do with it! They never smile, greet you or make you feel welcomed. Having a bad attitude must be a requirement to work in this place. Their coupons are mostly useless because everything is always on sale making most items ineligible. I think from now on I will buy my fabrics and sewing notions somewhere else. There are plenty of small non retail fabric stores I can purchase from. Althougth they have a large selection of fabrics at Joannes, the unfriendly atmosphere deters one from returning.

I spend way too much money when I shop here. It is not by fault of the store unless having all the craft things I day dream about is a problem. My wallet hates me for it though.
