I called the Exeter store this morning to report a problem with my adjustable bed base. Steve answered the phone and truthfully he gave me some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! He took the time to tell me where to find the various labels that I needed to file a claim, he gave me the number to call Terry port to claim, and he called me back to make sure I was able to get everything accomplished. I am so appreciative to know that there are still some people in customer service who really care about their customers! I will definitely check with Steve the next time I’m in need of a new bed or pillows or anything else they sell that I might need. Thank you SO MUCH!!

It was finally time to get our daughter a good bed. Yesterday we went to both Boscov’s in Exeter on a mission. Told the sales person what we were looking at online and he let us try two different beds to get a feel of the bed we actually bought. The store has a very large selection to choose from, and they even have a price-match deal. If you see another store is selling the same mattress at a lower price then they will match the price. Marsha, Marsha, Marsha.. Haha, I had to! My experience here was fantastic, we explored all the beds and were helped every step of the way with detailed explanations by Marsha. We purchased a bed on March 30th and received it on March 31st.We went with the platform option which acts like a boxscreen and a standard bed railing, cheaper and easier to get into the house.My only complaint would be the gentlemen that actually delivered the bed, they were incredibly rude, their assses were hanging out of their pants and they barely spoke two words to us but had the time to use profranity at one another. So much for “Red Carpet” service..Overall experience in store is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The four guys delivering... ⭐️
