I couldnt trust anyone with my noise piercing up until I had to save it so it wont close. Not only did they save my piercing, everyone was very friendly, very reassuring and also to the point especially with he after care treatment. Love this place, very clean as well! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. 11/10 would recommend and I will revisit when I want to change my jewelry.

Cannot recommend this place enough! It is in Reading Town Centre off friar Street. I have took Taylor for a piercing and I am beyond impressed! The customer service was to a point where we felt we had known the guys for years and their level of care surpassed that. I will never go anywhere else from now on. This is the only place I would go to get a piercing. Took my 11 year old daughter to get her ear lobes pierced today and the staff made her feel completely at ease and were so friendly towards her. It was such a lovely experience. I have had a piercing here before and had no issues and would not hesitate to go back. In fact, Im already thinking about booking in another one soon. Everything is super clean and the staff are really helpful and friendly. xx

Not a fan of needles so I was super nervous but as soon as I walked in Nick made me feel at ease. He was friendly and professional. Nick told me all I needed to know and answered all my questions. I had Helix piercing which did not hurt like I thought it would and I love it.

The staff were very friendly, professional and hygienic (also covid safe - temp check). It was my first piercing, Nicole was very reassuring and made doubly sure that I was happy about where exactly on my eyebrow the curved bar would be going. Even when I said yeah thats fine she could see by my expression that I wasnt quite 100%, so did a slight adjustment to the dots until I was completely happy. Very happy with how it turned out, I would definitely recommend!

Very impressed with the team and especially Ben with my PA appointment today. From arrival (with all the covid procedures in place) to the actually piercing, everything was clean and sterile and explained at every step. Professional service, really friendly and made me feel at ease whilst getting my nose piercing. The piercer was lovely and patient with me as I fainted after the piercing. Highly skilled and quick - The piercing does not hurt at all. They were happy to answer any questions I had.

The team there are very welcoming and professional. When I went to get my ear lobe pierced they were great, turned out exactly how I wanted. I came back to get my septum pierced and they were very professional. They explained that I was unable to get a septum piercing as my sweet spot was located very close to the tip of my nose. I was disappointed but very happy with how they treated me and dealt with a difficult situation. Would definitely go back.

I was really nervous as its been a while that I was getting a piercing done again but Ben made me feel really comfortable, talked me through what he was going to do. I was very impressed having visited urban piercing. The nature of the staff was very warm and welcoming. Presentation wise the place was very clean and organised. Every staff member wore a face shield and they reinforced use of santizing hands before entering and upon leaving the store. Social distancing was maintained. As a nurse I was truly impressed and felt more at ease to see the adherence to maintain safety for customers and staff. I was very impressed with my piercing and definitely will return to have another. Keep up the good work guys.

Got my helix done here and I am so happy with it. It was my first time getting an ear piercing other than my lobes and I was nervous. Nicole really takes her time answering all the questions I had and explained the steps as she went along to pierce my ears. I felt very informed and very confident with how the session went. The space is also very cozy and clean and its been 3 weeks since I got pierced and my ear is healing really nicely. Overall very satisfied!

After having a bit of a disaster with a nose piercing 15 years ago I was recommended this place by a couple of friends. Nicole was absolutely amazing. Everything was clean, she talked me through the process, recommend the best and safest positioning for the piercing and was super calm and professional. She was able to answer all of my questions and made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very good experience, explained everything well including the after care. My daughters original ear piercing had stretched a bit and was off center, so Ben carefully measured and pearced the ear in the right spot. He was caring and recommended a plan forward which really reassured my daughter and made us feel comfortable. I had my 2nd piercings done on my ears as well, very happy! New masks given to us upon entry, temperature checked, constant anti bac cleaning of hands and tablet that we used to enter our details. Clearly respecting the new covid normality properly. I would definitely recommend.

Had my nose pierced today by Nicola, she was beyond professional, very attentive and relaxing. Answered all my questions, I almost forgot she was about to stick a needle through my nose as she was so calming!She was incredibly professional when looking at a piercing I had elsewhere elsewhere, spent several minutes finding the best jewellery for me too. My girlfriend was also asking questions of another staff member who was equally polite and helpful.As I said to Nicola at the time, her voice is incredibly soothing for the job. I have been pierced numerous times and she is hands down the best piecer Ive encountered, although no doubt all piercers here are equally great.10/10

Time is taken to get them symmetrical and Nicole was amazing at putting me at ease. Support a local business with amazing, talented staff.Covid: before entering temperature was taken then hand sanitizer was there upon entry and a new disposable face mask given.

I had just found out about having your daith pierced to combat migraines. When I got home from work I decided to Google for a Parlour. I came across Urban Piercings and saw they had a tremendous review score so I gave them a call.The member of staff who answered the call was very polite and courteous. She gave me her honest opinion and related customer feedback on the effectiveness of the piercing. It took me all of 20 minutes to call them back to book an appointment for that afternoon.The shop itself was immaculate and I was glad to see that all the staff there were as cheerful and empathic as the colleague who answered the phone. The member of staff who performed my piercing, I feel bad for not remembering her name, was wonderful. She had a great manner and was very calming. She setup ready to go but wouldnt start until I was ready. At no point was I made to feel rushed. The piercing itself hurt a lot less than I imagined. I felt no sharp pain only pressure as the needle went through. I would say that a lot of that was done to the young ladies skill and professionalism.I would highly recommend Urban Piercings and Im already considering getting my other ear done. Well deserved 5 stars.

First time I’ve been to Urban Piercings, I got my cartilage pierced and was very nervous. Everyone was very nice the receptionist asked if I wanted some water and Ben I think his name is reassured me that I’d be fine. Before I got my ear pierced he kept telling me that it’ll be quick and isn’t bad at all. He did it in a second and I couldn’t believe how quick it was and not painful like I thought it would be. He made sure I was alright after and then told me how to look after it. I would 100% recommend this place and will be back soon!

This is my second time getting a piercing here. I got my tragus done a few years back and double helix piercings this time round. The staff are really friendly and professional and talk you through the whole process. They recommended the right jewellery for my double helix piercings and gave me great advice. You also get the first jewellery change by them for free after two months of healing. Overall the best place to get piercings.

Alex fitted me in when my daiith piercing became wedged. A lovely lady managed to take it out. Sadly, as it was white gold, it snapped. However, she let me choose a ring type which wont catch in the cartilage. It went in without any pain. I thoroughly recommend Urban Piercings. Everyone was so welcoming.

Used Urban Piercings for the first time today 18/7/2018 and found thestaff very friendly and helpful.Managed to get a slot for an hour later so had time for lunch and a coffeebefore the appointment.This was my first piercing (Nipple) so was a little nervous I had Lianassigned to do the piercing.What a lovely person she is very professional and calm and talked methrough the whole process putting me at my ease.Lian also took the time to go through the aftercare process and gave mea lot of useful information.The main reception area looked clean and tidy and the treatment roomwas clean and sterile.I highly recommend Urban Piercings and look forward to my next visit.

They were very busy, even when we arrived at opening time! But the staff were very friendly and helpful and managed to squeeze me and my sister in on that day. My sister had Lianne and I had Ben. Ben was completely lovely and a real perfectionist (which is just what you want with piercings!) and took his time with it which made me feel very comfortable and happy that he was doing it properly.Would definitely recommend this place for any piercing, but my advise would be to book ahead if you definitely want a place!
