Staff helpful and friendly. Great selection. Only complaint was, the manager stayed in the back of the store, while the only employee worked the front counter with at least 8 people in line needing balloons and check out.

They didnt have anything I was looking for. I was told most items are available online but I have to pay shipping. I didnt have enough to get that would qualify for free shipping. I was also told there is no ship to store option to avoid the fee.

Store employees could not be found to order costume from back room. When we did find one, took another 20 mins until we found another employee who was willing to assist. Only go here if your looking to kill time and have a ton of patience.

I walked into party city today and needed balloons for a party the Associate Kristen was very kind to me when I went, she said hello and welcomed me and was super polite I needed help deciding which balloon to get for my daughter she suggested to get a Frozen Balloon and my daughter absolutely loved it considering her party was ice party themed. It’s always super nice to get great customer service was not expecting that will definitely go back for Halloween season!

I was looking for sponge bob. They had nothing. But I got a balloon and yellow paper products. But the guy behind the counter was rude and annoyed at any questions. Not just to me but also the older woman in front of me.

Went in hopes of finding a costume, left with a costume that didn’t fit, came back wanting one that fit, gave me one that didn’t fit and was missing certain pieces and was damaged. Worse experience ever!

Extremely over priced for party supplies. Even with a 15 percent off coupon, the big box stores are much cheaper. Easy returns after walking to the big box stores in the same plaza and getting a much better deal.

Do not even waste your time. I have never encountered such rude associates. Pretty much all of them acted like we were a bother to them. I will not spend my money at a business that treats their customers like a burden. Why can’t people just be decent!

Never again will I spend my money here.. I have gone here so many times but this last time was it for me.. long story short I had an exchange and i needed to get my sons costumes a smaller size. I brought back my receipt and they never returned my money to my debit card. To top it off the manager was NOT helpful and the cashier forget about it she acted like I was annoying her life and she was rude and mean about my exchange.. next year spirit halloween is where I will go!

Ridiculous rules against returning Clothing. I bought a pair of leggings at the last minute and did not realize the size (my fault, I understand) and 10hrs later, tried to exchange them for the next size. Was told first they wouldnt return opened merchandise (the bag was open when I bought it, because smarter people inspect it before buying) and then later said because I tried on the leggings, that it was a health code violation (because people dont return clothes ALL THE TIME). Never shopping here again. Overpriced and cheap products, but what can I expect from a costume store? If they really cared about their costumers, theyd try to work with us.

Lots of great party items and holiday things. Easy to browse. Often quiet.

They offer many costumes conviently for your choosing all laid out on a wall. I would give 5 stars for the services, but my complaint is that the 3 female steampunk outfits I was trying to find were for online only. They were unique dresses and I was very disappointed I would have to spend $70 to see if I would like it and fit in it, then possibly have to send it back for a refund. Still; I enjoyed my time at party city and the workers were super nice and quick to serve.

I think the prices are a bit high an products are not in the correct places so you think you are paying one price get to the checkout an its more expensive because its not in the right place on the shelf. They do have a great selection of balloons though.

The party cups we got for our party were stuck together and cracked. When I called the store about exchanging them I was told they would be unable to do so because they were holiday theme items.

Friendly person at the checkout. Low on Cinco de Mayo supplies, but it is only 3 days away. Fairly good prices, some things are a little pricey for what they are.

The store had no air conditioning and the employee said they had no A/C since July. It is 93 degrees hot and very humid. It was difficult to shop in the store and the prices are a little expensive.

Cashier had no personality and just put the bag on the counter for the lady in front of me, she put her own stuff in it, no thank you either
