I have been a customer of Elite for over 10 years now. I loved what they did for my Dart years ago, recently got my Terrain tinted with the ceramic film that cuts about 70% heat and I love it. Its definitely noticable and very much helps since my eye surgery sensitivity to light. After receiving the same great service I did years ago, I immediately booked for my fiances Sierra to get done. Worth the money and wait time was maybe an hour! Highly recommend and very professional.

I reached out to ECC via their website and was quickly put in touch with Brandi via text message which was great. Brandi was absolutely fantastic! She answered all of my questions via text and helped me set up an appointment. She even keep me up to date of openings when they had cancellations. Unfortunately none of them fit my schedule but it was worth the wait to get the work done by ECC. When I arrived 10 minutes early they were ready for me and despite having answered all my questions via text when setting up the appointment Brandi took the time to show me various options of window tint that were in the parking lot so that I could make a better decision. She answered all my questions patiently and professionally. I really appreciated the time she took to help me make the best decision. As a result I got exactly what I wanted. The installation was quick and I was in and out in about an hour. It looks fantastic and obviously professionally applied. They gave me clear instructions on what to do and not to as the tint cures. I highly recommend ECC for window tint. While I was waiting I saw how one of the other team members interacting with a customer that came in asking about remote start and CarPlay. The ECC employee was thorough and professional in explaining all the options. It’s clear the ECC team values a good customer experience. Thank you ECC!

I called around two days ago to get pricing on a remote start for my car. They were right in line with or cheaper than other companies in the area. Being that it is coming into winter and remote start is quite popular, they have a full schedule. However since I was coming from a long distance, they were able to still schedule me for the next day. When I arrived, been who I had spoken with on the phone, was the first employee I saw. He took my keys, and since I mentioned I was taking my three small children for a walk in the cold weather, he offered the suggestion of visiting Heebys next door where there was space to walk around and it was warm inside. The day started out around 40 degrees. He offered to rearrange his schedule as best as he could, to get my car done as soon as possible. We were finished and out the door just before lunch. They were very nice and helpful all the way around.

Several years ago they installed a viper smart start on my new car. I pay for the subscription so i can start it from my phone. I love it! I would highly recommend this place and the product they sell!

It does not work if you are far away. It is not 1500 feet as they said it does not even reach 300 feet. much pay for short distance.

Have used them a few times on different vehicles since 2015. Remote start installations, window tint, and most recently AV unit install and backup camera. They explain everything- all the info about the product and install, price, time frame. Then they do exactly what they told you, no surprises. Our most recent was done a day early. This is a truly professional garage. I broughty car to these guys after a terrible stereo install. My cars battery would die each time I turned my car off because the head unit would not turn off itself. So each morning, in the snow and ice, I would have to jump start my car. The gentleman here understood the emergency of the situation, and they took my car despite their already jam packed schedule. My car was fixed quickly, professionally, and the equipment is top of the line. Pricing was reasonable for the high quality service. The staff here is kind and will take all the time you need to understand what is going on with your car. Do not even debate on calling this shop, they are the absolute BEST in the area!

Fantastic experience. Dropped my car off around 7pm; didnt even make it home before I got a call saying that it was done (to be fair, the shop is about 20 minutes from home for me). Picked it up the next day and it worked wonderfully.

I already had the dash pieces removed all he had to do was plug in the appropriate wires and map any that didnt match up. He charges twice as much as anyone else ($198) after bragging that he is the best for an hour, I get home and the back speakers dont play at all. I ask him if when I bring it in to fix it if he could use the dash kit he recommended, he said it was $30.00 I said yeah thats fine. He charges me $40 more dollars for the new dash kit install... I told him I would have dealt with the fitment of the other dash kit if he wouldnt have messed up the installation to begin with. He tells me it worked when it came in he didnt do anything... The fader to the back had absolutely no sound played... do yourself a favor and wait for availability at Best Buy. Save $140 and they are certainly as good as this shop. He also kept the previous dash kit (not that I need it), and the USB extension that came with the head unit.

This business provides a friendly, comfortable atmosphere with great service at a good rate. You can tell the owner loves his business and his job. Tech giants like Best Buy and Wal Mart had scared me away from hiring professionals to do audio work on my cars the past few years as I was constantly underwhelmed and overpaying. I decided to take a chance with Elite Car Customs. ECC puts these business to shame. I highly recommend this business to anyone in search of car audio upgrades. They also do great work with remote starts from what I hear.

Ben the owner is the Da vinci of car audio. He took time to explain everything in advance, had some creative ideas and really takes pride in his work. He took me into the shop and showed me actual examples of his work and you could see nothing leaves unless he is satisfied that it would meet his standard which is excellence. I was impressed enough to have him wire (2) 12 inch subs, new speakers throughout my Infiniti QX56, remote start, JL audio summing device, JL audio DSP clean sweep, etc. When it was done I almost enjoy having people look under the front seats as much as showing off the sound quality. Very clean and professional appearance. Wires hidden and no trace of any dirt or debris from the install. He was honest enough to tell me the doors needed less Dynamat than initially thought bringing the cost down $100. I will be having my windows tinted and my street rod worked on through Elite Car Customs. There is no better choice in my opinion.
