I went to my neighborhood Walgreens in Reading. My friend and I purchased almost $100 in products. We were each checking out in different lanes (the two that were open). When cashier hit a snag she stated loudly that there was a line forming. Dont think this was necessary as we were not doing anything wrong; we were merely checking out and making sure the prices rang up properly. Unfortunately this type of negative behavior is the usual for this female employee.

So upset with this Walgreens.I asked the woman at the front desk to refill my my vanilla card and she said she couldnt do that. I asked her for help regarding the card and how to refill it and she just said she didnt know. So, with no idea of what I was doing, I ended up buying the wrong card, and in turn losing $300 because I couldnt return it.... But then I went to another Walgreens and they were able to refill my original card... So now I have a gift card that I cant get money back from because the woman didnt know anything about the products they sold.

Called on 2/3 at 1:00 to ask if they had easter stuff out yet. The associate said “I don’t know come take a look” and hung up before I could say anything else. So rude for no reason.

Worst management ever! And worst customer service ever! EVERY ONE NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND NEW EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE BROUGHT IN, PHARMACY AND STAFF ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!

When calling - they rarely ever pick up the phone - 10 minute wait times or more. Very polite, but ineffective and communication is very poor in this day and age with the ability of text, Robinson-call and email. My 3rd visit and hopefully resolved, but unimpressive with the Walgreens transfer. Hopefully the bugs will be worked out soon...

Completely rude management. I would seriously avoid this location. I’ve gone there a couple of times and they seem miserable and angry. Not a good look for Walgreens, because of this joke of a location I no longer will give my business to Walgreens.
