I cant even explain the professionalism of this fabrication shop. Kind, knowledgeable, and helpful staff members and highly skilled craftsmen are at every turn. We even got ourselves into a difficult situation, and they were willing to help us through it! I will recommend them to everyone I know! This is a must go for anyone looking for quality countertops in the area.

We had a small job for an under stairway wet bar. They cut such a beautiful piece of granite remnant for us. Great product and price! Ralphie and the crew were great!

Well, I am very dissatisfied because when they were going to do my work I notified them that they will call me when they were arriving I found a missed call and when I returned the call they told me that they were not going to do any work for me, so I canceled and at no time did I Such a thing and to complete they charged me $ 300 dollars. This whole event was with Mr. Rafael, he is too arrogant and although I asked him please and he did not help me! 😔

This company was awesome!! From the beginning Maria was so knowledgeable and helpful! She answered all our questions, and was there to schedule everything perfectly. They came to measure for my countertops and were very professional even calling before they were to arrive. The installation process was quick, and perfectly done!! They sealed the granite, cleaned everything up and asked if there was anything else they could do. I was so very happy with this company that I would highly recommend them and use them again!

Great experience with this company. Donald and Chad are great guys who are very professional and good at their job. They did a very good job installing my countertop and took time to walk me through how to maintain it and keep it looking nice every time. I definitely recommend them for your countertops.

Great customer service starting with front desk person Maria and Scarlet they will make sure you are happy with your purchase, Rafael is very knowledgeable he knows his job and does it great and his professionalism is extremely great, my installers were Donald and Chad and they are great harder workers and make sure is done right and perfect very enthusiastic. Cutting Edge installed the countertop in our new home. They have a great selection, are friendly, and knowledgeable. I chipped out countertop a few months after install and they did a wonderful job repairing it. I would definitely use Cutting Edge again in the future.

I went here to order a small counter top for a bar I was building in my home. Originally, an employee named Jimmy helped me and he was fantastic. He was helpful and had excellent customer service skills. I was very excited for the project but we had to call back the next day with follow up measurements. Jimmy gave us his personal number but I misplaced it. The lady at the front desk is an unprofessional nightmare. We called maybe 8 times in 3 days. Our call was answered 3 times. 1 she said she would call back and never did. And the final time she was so rude and unhelpful we decided to find another place to do the job. We called back to cancel our order and she told us we couldnt cause they already cut it. They couldnt have already cut it because they didnt have measurements... upon hearing this SHE HUNG UP ON ME. This lady is doing your business an immense diservice.

Just had my granite counter tops installed yesterday. These guys did what seems to me to be an amazing job. We absolutely love our new kitchen counters. I ordered my material through Heebys and they took care of the rest. 4 stars though only because I feel as though their front desk/office could use a more professional touch. For example, not calling me back to confirm dates and times was frustrating.

** this review is of the NEW owner, not the previous owner **The owner had an employee post an item for sale online. The employee said the item was mine, and to meet at cutting edge at 9am. We went to cutting edge, and found another guy waiting for the same item at cutting edge. I questioned the employee who said I was the only one he told the address to. The employees story didnt match up to the story he told me, and didnt match up to my messages or the other guys messagesI went in to talk to the owner, and he gave me another story that didnt match anything that was told to either of us. I know my review isnt of their actual work, but a review of the people running the company. Im simply saying that if this is how they act over a $500 golf cart, how are they gonna act with a few thousand dollar granite job?? Also, the owner to hire liars.

I recently had some granite work completed by CEF and they did an EXCELLENT job. Very professional and more importantly very knowledgeable of both the process/installation as well as the stone itself. The team walked me through the entire process from initial measuring to final installation. Customer service kept in touch on scheduling appointments and ensuring the appointments were kept and staff arrived on time. I would highly recommend and plan on having additional work completed through the company.

Not sure about the motivation behind the negative reviews as I had just the opposite experience. Marie at the front desk generated a rough estimate at our first visit and was very attentive and thorough in her explanation. The guys came within days to template. The install was seemless. And the price was extactly where I needed it to be. Great job!

Still waiting for refund do to defective work.Sink will not fit due to cutting countertop wrong several times. Now I have 2counter tops and 2 sinks that will not work. Will not call back or refund my money. Be carful! It’s been over six months. They were nice prior to work.

Did counter tops in my new home and did an amazing job

Initially I thought this place was going to have great customer service. Their yard is small and after some research their prices are pretty high for what youre getting. I was told Id get a call back in a few days about smaller pieces for a 22 sqft counter. I found that most places within 50 miles will include installation in their quotes. The granite works was one company I found with the lowest price. 1222 installed. It included baltic brown, eased edge, template, under mount sink, and faucet. The other place I found was colonial marble and granite out of the philly area. Free installation within 50 mile radius. Nice sink and faucet. Their special right now was 1399 or somewhere close to that. Both offered 3 finished edges.Back to cutting edge, Maria didnt call. I dont think she or another rep from cutting edge can offer something to beat the competition. My cabinets have been installed for over 3 weeks now and after 3 short phone conversations, I just dont think they have the cutting edge. So I started shopping around again. I think that Colonial Marble and Granite will most likely get my business.

They took my money they cut the sink out wrong they made the countertop backwards I have two sinks now oh I know countertop and they have my money and I have nothing and they refused to call me it’s been weeks
