Overpriced, defective merchandise. The fabric and the stitching are poor quality. I have had nothing but issues since I first purchased my Thin Blue Line ISOPack. There have been issues with the stitching at the top, on the straps, and bottom flap. The fabric has torn on each of those places as well. The company backs the products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, but argues with you that most of the issues are caused by normal wear and tear, which they do NOT cover. I have returned my bag approximately 6 times, with each time costing me $20. Originally, the company tried (and succeeded the first time) to charge you for shipping BOTH ways for warranty repairs. Whenever they had done any repairs or replacement, they never included an invoice or work order. They send your bag in a box with no paperwork included. The cold compartment is very tiny. For spending nearly $200 on a bag, it is not worth the money spent.

Product seem to be good so far. Customer service seems to be nonexistent. I have some damage that looks to have happened prior to shipping and the box it was shipped in was poorly secured and it only went 60 miles. Knock knock customer service! Anyone home ?? “Due to COVID “ is no longer a valid excuse ... not that it was in the first place.

This does NOT appear to be a consumer retail location in Reading, PA. Ignore the hours of operation on Google. I dropped by on my way to Ohio today to see what the backpacks were like and it appeared to be unstaffed for the day. I have the ISObag and love it.

I really wanted to like these products, but my Iso bag ripped slowly at the handle, and looked like this after one year. They refuse to try to make things right. The quality is very poor for an $80 lunch bag.

Phenomenal products and exceptional service. I would recommend these guys well over six pack bags or any other meal prep bag company. Best part is they are more than just bags and I’m just now discovering that myself. Keep up the great work guys.

Love my isobag.. Ive had it for years. And its still perfect. The best part for is living in east Texas where summers are 105° and they fully keep cold w Ice packs provided.. amazed.

This company has developed an excellent product!! I used to use an igloo cooler to hold my meals/food throughout a 12 hour shift. Once I received my 3 Meal IsoBag I couldnt believe how compact it was and how much it was able to hold and how well it keeps the food cold throughout the day. I cannot recommend this product enough!!

This is one of my fave bags on the go. it stays cold for over 12 hours after adding in my ice pouches. hold my meals for the day and with the all the storage capabilities it holds my shaker bottle and mix and other supps i use as well. best investment ever. plus the containers i buy alot of them because i prep for days in advance and it keeps me on track

I use multiple isolator fitness products everyday and I still can’t put into words how great and simple they make my life. The products sell themselves With what I put them through I couldn’t imagine another companies product holding up. Then the next great thing is the company itself if you have any issues they are right there to stand by there product and work with you to make it right. I can’t say enough about any product I own (isopack, isomini, isojug and gallon, and just ordering the rugged isopack) so as you can see I use it all.
