Front desk was very rude. If your not a contractor through johnstone just forget about it. Its entirely setup for the contractor and johnstone to make money off the consumer. Got authorization number from AO Smith for a new water heater. AO Smith told me this was one of the distribution centers and they wont honor me because Im not a contractor with johnstone. If your a DIY kind of person you really have to fight to save money, these corporations only have interests in cash flow through their contractors who make tons of money off the consumer.
