The receiving person they don’t know how to talk to people they very disrespectful driver think twice before we taking load for those that’s a shame

2 to 6 hours unloading have trucks lined up down river rd blocking traffic. Scale master is organized but the facility is a joke. Forklifts driving all over the place and no one is getting unloaded.Need some new hands on management. workers seem decent.
