I reached out to them and told them I was looking for a specific car (2022 Pathfinder), I told them that I wanted a specific color and trim level. As soon as it hit their dealership they called me and I was there within hours. I had never met them before and they treated me just like family, I kid you not! Its a family owned and operated business and it shows! Joe was amazing to work with: friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. I wish I could give them 10 stars! Go there today and find a car for you!
I went to this Nissan city of red bank to replace my Honda hrv 2016, because the car shakes once u driving up to 75 miles, so I told this welcoming,friendly,handsome,professional and polite man called JOE. I was placed in the perfect car. It looked brand new being a used car and Joe handled me very well. He really went above and beyond for me. Joe kept in touch weeks after we went home to make sure we were still happy. I have to say he completely won my family over and tries to help as much as possible. Ive never had a real good experience with a car dealership, always felt like I was getting the bad end of the deal. So when it came time to look for new used car I was not looking forward to the stress and anxiety involved. Dan and Vito made the experience less stressful, I was able to find the exact car I was looking for, at the price and interest rate that was perfect. I went in to get a new lease. I felt that I wasnt getting the best price working with my local dealer, and Nissan of Red Bank responded to an Internet price inquiry. I went in, was asked my preferred payment structure and got pretty close to it on the first shot. I felt like I was getting a fair deal, especially given market conditions. Vito, the lead sales agent, seemed straightforward, a no B.S.guy, which was a solid contrast with my prior dealership visit.
I felt the sales folks were very open and honest and treated me like family.
Joe was great. Buying our Versa was very easy. They had to rush because we were buying the car over lunch and had to get home for meetings. We didnt get a hard sales pitch about an extended warranty and the price was the lowest for a Versa in the area. Would recommend anyone looking for a Nissan in Monmouth to go to this dealer.
Had to come drive the truck myself to duplicate noise coming from front end. Three mechanics had driven car prior to me having to come back. Signed off on price of work which was $753.00 was advised to initial acknowledgment of price. Picked up vehicle and new price was $889.00 with no extra work being completed. Still not sure exactly what I payed for as a grand total. Service writer was extremely unprofessional saying out loud she doesn’t have time for this shit……!!!!! Will not be returning to Nissan city. And by the way had my truck there when Nissan world were the owners and had no issues with old staff!!!

Took my 2014 Pathfinder Platinum in for a recall. 1st class treatment from scheduling the appointment to out the door all fixed up. The mechanic recommended I change out my cabin filter (bad odor) and my car has never smelled better. Great service and convenience.
Would recommend getting car serviced here since it changed over from Nissan Red Bank to Nissan City. I brought my 06’ Xterra in for service and even though the initial price was a shock my Service advisor Patrick, who worked with me in all aspects was courteous, personable, and forthright now the car runs great. Will def take my Xterra back to Nissan City as long as it’s on the road!

I bought a certified pre-owned 2013 Nissan Altima, bought almost 3 years ago but the first drive at night showed the headlights had to be set to full beams to be able to drive safely. Red Bank Nissan refused to acknowledge the problem when we returned the car, probably the next day, and in spite of numerous phone calls, letter and emails I have received no response whatsoever. The problem has been documented by another Nissan Dealership. I live in hope you will do the right thing and contact me to resolve this problem. Sorry no stars at all stars from me!

I have a demanding schedule and she was willing to go out of her way to ensure that the entire process was very smooth and streamlined. I recently leased a 2020 Nissan Altima at this store. I have never leased or bought a car ever and they made the process really easy. Our salesman Carly and Paul were some of the nicest people that I have ever dealt with. Carly is a great worker with a lot of spirit and made us feel very welcomed once we walked through the door. She helped me figure out how to work the car and showed me how to set it up. Paul was a very nice and easy person to do business with he made the process very easy and quick. I live 5 minutes from Pine Belt Nissan and purchased my lease from there. I went for an oil change and was told it would be 2 hours. I decided to drive the extra 20 minutes to Red Bank. Patrick was great I was able to bring my lease in for the first oil change and did not wait very long. Thanks I will definitely be back for future maintenance.

It was very satisfactory, sorry i forgot the name of the man who took care of me but he was exceptional in the way he explained everything to me and even got the parts cheaper that initially quoted. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and helpful. I was there with my son and the lady over by the cashiers desk got extra snacks and also told us about a pond close by so we could go feed the ducks and keep him occupied. Overall 10/10 service.

I went in to have an oil change and was planning on waiting. I told the wait would be approximately one hour but them was informed that my car had a recall that would take multiple hours to fix. I was offered a loaner car that I used until later in the day which worked out even better
I was there recently for a recall on my Pathfinder. The service personnel were professional, polite and very accommodating. Couldn’t be happier with my visit.
I had the most unpleasant experience at the Nissan dealership in Red Bank today. I was test driving a car, and on the way back to the dealership, the car died at a red light. Wouldnt start at all, battery was completely dead. I called the dealership to let them know what had happened and where I am located, and he reassures me that a tech guy is on his way. I was two blocks away from the dealership (Broad St and Maple ave - 3 min drive or 10 min walk according to Google maps from the dealership). I wait 10 minutes, no one arrives. I call the dealership again - no answer. For FIFTEEN MINUTES after that, I keep trying to call the dealership with NO ANSWER. I consider leaving the car there and walking to them, but am scared of being held liable if someone crashes into the parked car in the road. Finally, after TWENTY FIVE MINUTES, I call and someone picks up. I ask where the tech guy is, and am told that they couldnt find me and must have driven right past me on Broad St, or that I havent given them the correct intersections. He tells me hell pass my cell phone number to the girl (Carley) who is driving the car (I had already given her my cell phone number prior to taking the car out for a test drive!). They finally come to pick me up about 5 minutes later. In total I was standing outside for over 30 minutes, when the dealership was literally a 3 minute drive away. I dont entirely understand what happened or how come no one was answering the phone for such a long time, or how they possibly could have taken so long to come collect me, but the whole experience was just unbelievable. Id rate it 0 stars if possible.Edit - Carley was very kind and apologetic and pleasant to deal with. Everyone else was frustrating and unbelievably unhelpful.

Went in to price out some cars, and spoke with Ally. The pricing wasn’t quite right for me, but Ally provided absolutely EXCEPTIONAL service and is such a genuine person. I will definitely recommend that all my friends and family looking into Nissan products to come in and specifically request her - I truly can’t say enough great things about the quality of service she provided!
My son and I leased a Nissan Altima this past weekend. Karly, our saleswoman greeted us with a genuine smile, which was very nice after our previous trip to Route 66 AutoMall (and Ill leave that there). We got through the deal and Paul the manager was also very nice and helpful in explaining to my son about over miles. We were there too long, about six hours, but Karly did explain that she was the only salesperson there, due to covid there were lots of layoffs. When we got to the finance part, my only complaint was that the girl kind of off the cuff said that she was upgrading the etching - I did not want etching, and everyone knows you dont need that. She was persistent in telling me that it was included so I relented. When I got home and saw the contract, there was an optional 892.01 for etching. I called Paul the following Monday, knowing I probably was going to lose, but I explained my story and he actually was very nice and told me that the lease had already gone through, but that he would extend the service on the vehicle for 3 years ( you get the first year free oil change/service) He told me that would be about 400.00 which, in my mind was meeting me halfway. (it actually came to 519.00) Truthfully, I was shocked. I never thought any dealership would honor my complaint by offering anything let alone extending the service for the life of the lease (which is 36 months) But for the slight deception of the finance girl, I am giving the dealership 4 stars because both Karly and Paul were very very nice and we are happy overall with our car. Im paying it forward by telling people NOT to leave any car dealership without looking at every number on their contract.

My Rogue was on a recall list for the emergency braking system. Instead of a letter informing me of the recall, I received a phone call from my dealer telling me about the recall and an appointment was set up for two days later. I appreciate the personal touch of the phone call. The service on my vehicle was completed at the scheduled time and within the time I was quoted by the service department. All personnel were very friendly and efficient.

Went to look at a Certified Pre-Owned Sentra that was listed for $13,000 on the website. When I asked about the warranty I was told that the Certified status of the car just gives you the option to add a warranty plan and that it wasnt automatically included. This is the only car dealership to ever tell me this and it is not true, but I decided to hear him out and see what the total price of the car would be with me having to pay for the warranty coverage. They told me that the warranty would be $1,999, which would make the total price of the car $14,999. If that wasnt bad enough they then gave me this offer: $1,500 down AND 72 PAYMENT OF $328 A MONTH! That means I would have spent over $25,000 on a $13,000 car! Once I told them how insane that offer was they IMMEDIATELY changed the offer to $1,500 down and 60 payments of $315 a month. They dropped the offer about $5,000 in mere minutes! When I asked for a copy of there offer to me they gave me the paper with there letterhead and logo cropped off (I assume its because they didnt want me showing this insane offer to other people). I went to another dealership and I didnt have to deal with any of these tricks or games.
