Very cool clothing store for the younger crowd (2 of my sons love it, aged 17 and 22). The location in downtown Red Bank was cool. My son picked up a few items, and although not my style, I see that the items are very different which is pretty cool. Clothes are not cheap though which is why I gave it 4 stars.
Always great finds! The store is always neat & organized with the latest trends. The staff is very friendly & helpful.
Amazing found exactly what I was looking for
The clothing UO sells are super trendy and cute, although very pricey. My three stars aren’t for the price of the clothes. I know UO in Red Bank has no control over how much their merchandise costs. But, the organization and lack of staff is an issue. The place is a mess and not an employee in sight aside from the cash wrap area. Only two poor girls ringing when the line is through the entire store, and no employees on the sales floor. If you want better service and more reasonably priced styles VERY similar to Urban (with an actual men’s section) go to Tillys.
Pricey. Nfm.
I always love browsing this store. This particular location has a photobooth too which was loads of fun. 4 stars because they didnt have a bathroom when I asked to change my baby. Staff could be more customer friendly.
The store in Red Bank, NJ, manages to surprise with the a small yet imaginative inventory for men. Must emphasize that the womens inventory is 80% of the store. So this was an emergency visit of sorts. Wanted to dine at N up scale restaurant accross the street and was wearing casual outfit for sport. Four a great pair of black jeans and two really funky tops. One is a zip up by Kappa and a silky long sleeve shirt Urban Outfitters branded. Love these two tops. Dressy yet casual.
I love UO and did plenty of shopping online during the store’s closure so I was excited to visit the actual store as soon as you reopened. This is the location I always visit as it’s the one in my town and most of the time, the customer service wasn’t great but also nothing to complain about. I understand how overwhelming and difficult it is to work retail especially with Covid and our ‘new normal’ (I work in retail)but this time was just a lousy experience. I felt dismissed by the associates and almost like I was inconveniencing them when I asked a question. I also came in to shop with my friend and she has a lot of tattoos and dresses uniquely (all things I thought UO encouraged) and I very clearly noticed stares by employees and them keeping an eye as her as if she was going to steal or something which made both of us feel comfortable- I almost feel like the teenage girls who work here were giving her a ‘you can’t afford this’ nasty look which was pretty upsetting especially considering how much money I personally spend with UO. Again, I sympathize with the pressure of working in customer service during a pandemic but it’s still no excuse.
This UO is quite nice. Its large (for Red Bank) and is well laid out. Its usually bright, and the staff are usually friendly. Weve occasionally had trouble finding a staffer, but when we do theyre nice. Theyre especially nice at the register, where theyll wait til you find an online coupon or help you get your emails up. We definitely recommend this Urban Outfitters.
This place has great quality clothing in a beautiful building, but the prices are outrageous. One simple t-shirt could cost upwards of $50! But, they also have a very nice section towards the back of the store which has a very nice collection of random things. I also really like the vinyl collection in the back.
Host guy was a nightmare. Went in w my daughter and her friend.
Very unique, large selection of items. On the pricey side. Decent customer service.
I really love this Urban Outfitters. The building its in is very large and old, its beautiful. Its in a great location and the price is not too bad, and clearances are great here. Its also never horribly crowded or loud. My favorite new place.
Walked in and was immediately greater by two workers. They were so polite and everyone here was smiling and being overly friendly. I walked up to a young girl behind the counter folding clothes and asked her if she could watch my Doberman who was outside chained to the light post. She mentioned Urban was dog friendly. I went outside and brought my Doberman inside and again everyone was so nice and so polite. I couldnt believe it. I own my own business and can only dream of having customer service like this! Thanks Guys!
An interesting collection of clothes. Everything seems very cheap, except the prices. The staff was self important and bothered by having customers
Unfortunately they do not let you try on clothes.
Honestly the red bank urban outfitters is the best one i have ever been to, I always find something there and they always have nice employees
Great staff, helped me find what I was looking for. Bummed they stopped carrying the lotions that matched the perfumes through.
Your average over-priced Urban Outfitters full of helpful, engaging employees and a decent sale-section!
Fun store, always really busy because its right on the main street in Red Bank. Well decorated, and the employees are nice!
Have a seat let her shop and get up when its time to pay. .life is good
Urban Outfitters has moved in! There has been so much change in Red Bank and now they have an Urban Outfitters, Starbucks, etc. This is now a shopping destination and the area has really developed. Good place for teens.
Love the store but they didnt seem to have alot of options and everything was half shirts or tiny articles of clothing
Great selection of post genre stuff. Great locale
I cant tell if Im crazy but it appears they forgot to renovate the interior of the store and they mark up their prices way too much for. I stick of lipbalm was $14. If you enjoy wasting money and feeling like youre worth it, then this is the place for you.
Don’t go here. Drove an hour through traffic just to find the employees taking an “employee break” in the middle of business hours for over an hour. If you post hours that you are open, show enough respect to your customers to actually be open then. Very frustrating.
Is one of the nice store around town
Location on google maps is wrong, used the address on google but found myself in an area with lots of law offices. Please update!
Went in to buy a coat and got a good one. Nice, clean layout, but small mens section.
Not much of a selection for men and the clothes are too over priced
Big store with clothing that runs smaller. Cards and knick knacks are cute.
This urban outfitters is big but there selection is pretty standard.
My girlfriend was happy with the selection and found a few nice things
Amazing staff. Cant believe I havent shopped here more often.
Always come here to get gifts for my friends
Misleading signs, everything is over priced. How do they stay in business
Expensive for LOW quality merchandise... They do have different stuff that you wont find elsewhere. Y suggestion is you go right to the back and shop their sale rack!
Overpriced clothes but some fun party favors
Terrible costomer service. Went into the store at 9:30 when the store closed at 10 and was rushed multiple times in the dressing room. Was also told by the male worker in the orange pants and checkered vans that you shouldnt be playing dress up when theres 10 minutes left until closing. Very disappointed.
It’s okay. Kinda overpriced. If I want to spend a lot of money I’d spent it on quality goods unlike these not to made last fabrics used
Stop the Crop!!!
Great for teenaged girls!!
Super cute stuff, great layout
Selection is very different from other UO stores. Relatively small store compared to others as well.
New trends and fashion! Smaller items such as cups, oils, books, records and record players available
Great shopping experience
Fun store, great stuff
Great place to shop!
They have tiny backpack here
The clothes are made for smaller women some designs were ugly.
Over priced but classy
Not much collections they have.
Fun store!
Very friendly and large selection
