FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! DONT DO IT! SCAMMERS!I placed an order online which indicated item was IN STOCK also NO TAX & FREE SHIPPING. I received a message that there would be a shipping charge (Ok not a problem Im not local although I put in my zip code and the order still didnt calculate shipping charges which would have been understandable but theyre scammers so) and also I can expect the item in November. Placed a call and was spoken to as if I should get the BS. I asked why November when the item is in stock? She said the item is not in stock. I said it indicates in stock online she said but did it give a delivery date? Ok, WOW! I just said Cancel my order please. BTW it still indicates the item is in stock online. Ive never left a review like this but we are all dealing with more than enough these days. We dont need the added stress of dealing with scammers.

Been waiting since October to get our furniture. They attempted a delivery in January but furniture was damaged. Have asked several ty for my order to be cancelled. They have refused to credit my card so I will be forced to file a dispute with my credit card company. Horrible customer service. Stay away unless you want to wait for 3-4 months for damaged furniture!

I placed my order with Sam on 8/7/2020 for delivery the first week of September only if all the items were in stock. He told me to call the 8/22 to make sure all of the pieces were coming in. I tried to call email etc. and he would never get back to me. Brianna the customer service rep said the bed frame will not be in until mid September. I told her to cancel the bed but will accept the other items. She said Sam was on vacation last week. Emailed this week heard nothing then called and Sam answers the phone and then hung up on me. This is the worst customer service ever! I want to cancel my whole order now.

Just recently made my second purchase with them. Terrific service. They do price match so do your homework...Enrico in Middletown location is wonderful. Their delivery service is extremely professional. All around good experience!

Awesome from beginning to end! Did not pressure us. Gave us time to think, let us look around for as long as we needed. We picked a nice Ashley sleeper sofa and love seat set. Delivery was quick. A month later I realized one of the arms on the love seat were damaged. Looks like a factor defect. I emailed customer service. Sent a few pictures and had a new love seat in a matter of a week, no charge. They definitely won my business for future furniture purchase and I will recommend them to anyone. We also purchased 3 leather sofas for my volunteer EMS building and they totally took care of us. Thank you again!

I was in need of a coffee table and went to HLF as I truly to support my local businesses. I saw a table I liked in the $650 range. I was prepared to purchase it and inquired about delivery. I was told it would be $89.00! Now, I live less than a mile from the store and delivery would have taken approximately 5 minutes. When I told the sales lady this, she said that it is usually $99.00 so I was getting a discount (???). I said that I thought this was excessive and that as part of their customer service to locals, it really wasnt right. She refused to make the delivery without a charge at which point I explained that I would order from Wayfair which gave me free delivery on their items. She then allowed me to walk out of the store. The ironic part? On their large sign they have written support local business. Its too bad the reverse isnt true about appreciating local customers. Internet here I come!!

Home Living furniture has a lot of integrity, which is a rarity these days. They will go out of their way to solve even the most minor problems. I am very pleased with my purchase of a sofa & loveseat, and very impressed with their customer service. I received immediate attention. Highly recommended! A+

From start to finish we were very satisfied with our experience with Home Living Furniture in Middletown. Our salesman, Sam, was professional in all ways. He showed us all relevant sofas and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. He was clear about availability and delivery. The scheduling for delivery was made immediately and clearly. The scheduler made sure she reached us with a date and time. Then the delivery men communicated as they were near, they came when they said they would, were polite and careful. We feel comfortable with the quality of our sofa and we highly recommend Home Living.

Home Living Furniture offers quick delivery of all their furniture. I had ordered Twin Long Adjustable Massage Bed and was not expecting the delivery of the product before a week. But, I was really taken by surprise, when I got the call from the furniture shop on the third day informing me about the furniture’s delivery. The guys turned up on time and perfectly set up the bed as I wanted. The guys were so polite and friendly that it was a pleasure having them over to set up the room. Home Living Furniture offers optimum service to their clients. It is a furniture shop worth visiting.

If i could give Home Living in Middletown no stars i would. I went into the store the first time to be quoted on a couch and delivery time of 4 weeks, next day i go in to purchase and that person is no longer working there. starting from scratch again and quoted different numbers, the third time we explicity told the rep that we wanted to purchase a couch that would take a least amount of delivery time and settled on a couch that had 4 week lead team. Here we are almost 8 weeks later with no couch. The rep who sold us is also no longer working there anymore there is no consistency and no one can give us answers. I keep getting calls from a rep asking if i am in the market for new furniture with no knowledge that i already purchased from there. My husband and i have called 4 times and each person just says delivery is delayed but no one keep us updated throughout the process. I ordered a couch from another store 1 month after this one, custom fabric and configuration, and will be delivered before this couch. I have worked with the Howell store before and had no issues but the Middletown location seems to point fingers and place blame with no help. If we would have know the couch would take 8 weeks, never would have ordered it and were completely misled by their team.

Great selection of good quality products - I also love that theyll match any price on wayfair or from any competitor. When I ordered my dining room table and found out that the manufacture wouldnt have it available in time for Thanksgiving dinner, home living delivered a loaner table so that we wouldnt be without at no charge, now thats great customer service!

This place is a joke had a deleviry scheduled for 1-4 did not show up till 6pm no call to say they would be late wasted a entire Saturday waiting around. We just spent over $6000. On funture two bed room sets and a kitchen set do not buy any thing you want delivered on time. There is no one there to give any answers as to what is going on Saturday

My husband and I recently bought living room and dining room furniture at Home Living in Red Bank NJ. We did shop around but ended up at Home Living as I knew we would. The salesman, Enrico Pipoli, was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and had good ideas. AJ, the manager, was also helpful and ensured that our shopping experience was pleasant. The service was good, delivery was timely, and furniture arrived in perfect condition. So, if youre shopping for quality furniture and want a good, hasslle free experience, I suggest you go to Home Living first.
