A small boutique but the service was great from the start. I was greeted as soon as we entered. The lady was working with someone else which is normal so we waited for about 8-10mins while she told us to look around. I was In love with all their baptism gowns for my daughter until we found the one. Thank you again so much for all your help. Can’t wait for our daughters baptism.

On 11/2/21 my sister, brother in law, and niece decided to check this dress store out. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by the lovely employee there. We waited about 5-10 minutes but then got helped right away. We fell in love with many dresses they have for a christening but chose the right one. What an amazing boutique!! From the customer service when we walked in the door, to the amazing selection and ability to customize to find something just right for my little girl and all in less than a week because we were in a hurry makes this my go to place for everything fancy for all years to come! I was in a panic because the christening was in a week and I didn’t have a dress.. I walked in and the owner and her assistant greeted me and treated me like I was family!! There were other people there that had appointments but they made me feel important and that i could take however long I needed.. they even gave my 4 year old son a surprise to keep him happy! I didn’t like the bonnet on the dress I liked and the owner took it home to fix it for me.. it is absolutely perfect now! You can tell that this store is a place filled with love with the best people and the highest quality gowns!!! My only regret is that I didn’t know of this place earlier! What a wonderful experience!

This store has such a big selection of communion dresses... and the customer service was wonderful.... angela even made me a custom bow for the back of the dress... she makes you feel like family ... i would definitely go back ...

We came this week to find a christening outfit and we found what we looked for thanks to the young lady that helped us so much. She was so helpful and so sweet. The drive was so worth it! She has been by far the nicest person and most patient person we have had with this experience. I had a wonderful experience with her. I recommend this place and I recommend going to her! She was so helpful. My friend was happy with our purchase.

Angel Gowns is the place to go for communion dresses! My daughter was treated like a princess the second she walked in the door. Amazing customer service, a wide variety selection of dresses and great prices!

Horrible customer service!! I wasn’t being helped I was so excited to find a christening outfit to ship to my sister since I heard they have wonderful things in this store but I was never helped or even approached.I called ahead of time and asked will someone help me find size and everything and the lady said of course and once I got there I was completely ignored. Wasted my time coming here so upsetting!

Feeling like the victim of a scam. In July I came here with a bridal party group and we ordered the bridesmaids dresses and a MOG dress. Three months later the dresses arrive and mine is 2 sizes too small. I received a size 8 but according to my measurements taken by the owner, i should have received at least a 10.When I brought the dress back the owner remeasured me and insulted me by claiming that I must have gained weight and inches...when I told her that I had not changed since July she then asked me if I was pregnant! I feel as though she was trying to blame me the costumer for her mistake of measuring incorrectly or ordering the wrong size. I had to have her order another dress in a size that will actually fit and allow me to breathe. And to add insult to injury, she said she was charging me a restocking fee!! I already paid for the dress in full and in cash and was planning to have alterations done there but I am no longer confident in the way this place does business. Im feeling robbed and deceived and disappointed in the way this was handled. Im hoping that when the right size dress comes in that i will not have any further problems.

The young lady that works there help me so much. The store was a bit busy and some people were being rude to her but she was the only one there and she tried her best to please everyone. She still managed to help me find a christening dress for my daughter. She was so nice and patient with me and all of us that were there. She deserves 5 stars in my opinion!! Don’t recommend this place! I came this weekday and the young lady with short hair and short didn’t approach to help me. She was on her phone most of the time and didn’t seem to care. I drove an hour away for nothing! I came down here because I heard good things about this store and the service. Never coming here again.

Horrible customer service! Never asked if we needed help when we came. The young lady just kept staring at us made me feel uncomfortable and not welcomed she was on her phone most of the time. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Went in with mg handicapped brother and my mother looking for a wedding dress. The lady working there paid us no mind. I greeted her with a friendly hello and she ignored me. I began to look for a dress and she hid in the back the whole time, we were on the floor alone the whole visit. We called her to see if she would help and she did not come out until we left. Horrible customer service I would not recommend to anyone and advise people to stay away.

I am very dissatisfied with the entire experience of purchasing my daughters Communion Dress at Angels. We had to travel 4 times for the dress to be altered and for issues to supposedly be rectified, which never were fixed and made worse. I was even told by the owner that it would be completed and perfect but was ultimately disappointed when we picked it up. The bow had been changed & to a lower less elegant quality than what the dress designer; Joan Calabrese, had originally on it. This was because angels destroyed it after they got blood on it and then damaged it when they had supposedly had pressed it. I would not recommend this store to anyone nor would I return there.
