We had 3 new doors installed. The work they did was great and they cleaned up afterwards. Were thrilled with our new doors.

Ron, the owner, explained everything in detail. There were no additional hidden fees. Very responsive. The work performed was siding, outdoor light installation and garage doors. Work was done very quickly, no issues.

Remodel America put a new roof and siding on my home and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. I’ve used Remodel America twice: window installation early 2020 & master bath shower renovation end of 2020. Despite weather delays with the window installation the crew was able to install my upgraded windows within a reasonable timeframe with minimal paint touch ups needed after.My shower reno was done in Dec. 2020. George was extremely helpful with assisting me with accessories & tile (as well as Ron). A few minor issues came up after that were addressed in a timely manner. Unfortunately I am still dealing with an ongoing issue of the shower door not being properly installed by an outside contractor referred to me by George. George & Ron have been very helpful in trying to assist in resolving this problem but unfortunately issues are still outstanding. Since it’s unknown if I may need to escalate this problem which may include Remodel America, I will update more based on the solution. I greatly appreciate especially George’s help & professionalism & will use Remodel America again if future work is needed.

About a year and a half ago Ron and his crew came out and gave us a new roof, windows, gutters and some siding and did a fantastic job we were thrilled! I hired remodel America to renovate my master bathroom. The project is still in progress (95% complete, finalizing granite)but I cant say enough about George. I would recommend remodel America based on George alone. George is the nicest person, courteous, timely and an unbelievable talent. He is a master carpenter, electrician, plumber, tiles, he does it all. He really gets it, he understood my vision from the start and was able to run with my ideas and add his own ideas which aligned to my thinking. I work in NYC so any items I am short on ( tile) can be a chore that needs to wait until a Saturday. George asked where I bought my tile, he knew of a second location and picked it up on the way for me, it was such a convenience. George treats you as if he is the owner, an owner who truly values his customers and will do anything to make the happy. In reality, this was not what I expected from a contractor I, as well as all of my family who interacted with him ( father in law, my mother) will in some ways be upset when the project is done as George is a pleasure to have around.

Professional, thorough, responsive, from quote to finish. They nicked one of our gutters with a ladder and replaced it immediately. We had a problem with our hvac coincidentally a couple days after they finished, thought maybe something they did affected it. they sent someone over and even though they had not caused the problem, they gave us guidance on what was probably wrong and recommended who to call. Very happy with the work they did.

Nice guy, smooth presentation, quick job at a fair price but in the end he used an unprofessional outside subcontractor to do a rip down of my old roof which in the process damaged my brand new siding...I bought it to his attention and he attempted to clean the damaged are but realized that the siding was damaged not dirty.......I was assured that the damaged siding would be repaired.....that was 3 months ago.UPDATE: Updating my 3 star review to 4 stars. Ron personally came out to my property to address the problem. This was more a communication issue than anything else. Thanks jt

Had them come out to give a estimate on a home remodel. Waited a month to receive the estimate. Called multiple times then finally after calling times the receptionist told me the owner does not want to work on this property. Not a great way to do business in my opinion.Response: Yes it was financed through separate bank in order to have work started on date of closing. Part of a 203K loan which I was told you guys were fimiliar with. Either way I was not concerned with not recieving estimate, I personally feel it was poor communication on companies part to not reach out and express this to me.

Owner was real nice. Only person who actually got up on my roof to inspect the roof leak problem I initially called about. I had 5 different roofers come to the home. After getting a few more quotes and other opinions, we decided to get the whole roof done and went with Remodel America. The roofers were great. Showed up early and worked long days. The roof was done in a day and a half. Only issue I had were the loose nails. After getting a flat and finding a nail in my tire, my wife and I inspected around the perimeter of our house and found about 30 loose nails just laying around the house. About a couple days later, got another flat and found another nail in my tire. Needless to say, I wish the roofers did a better job of picking up the loose nails. I bought a magnetic brush and sweeped around the permitter of my house and found about another 10 loose nails more so in the grassy areas. In the end and 2 tires later, this was the only frustrating part. All in all, I would go with Remodel America again but I will stress that they definitely need to sweep around the house for loose nails and guarantee a “nail free” environment or it’ll be a deal breaker for me.
